Extremely slow to respond and unhelpful

I brought this item as its getting really expensive to buy soft drinks in cans from shops, this cuts the price down alot. The sodastream maker is easy to usevand its an excellent price.

Ive had about 20 drinks from 1 gas bottle so far. . . . . variety of syrups

Main problems the bubble are very poor and the drink goes flat quickly. The cost of the cylinders and the flavours are higher than buying ready made, the new machine requires the water to very cold

Easy to do on website and delivery via dpd was excelkent and on time

I purchased 2 new bottles for my 2021 sodastream but they do not fit, why don’t they standardise the bottles? But it was fairly quick delivery.

It has not arrived, so i can't return it. . . how do i dp this

I’m extremely dissatisfied that my empty canisters could not be uplifted without the original box. I do not have the storage to keep an empty box for months, I had it more than safely packaged it for return. This is making me rethink staying with Soda stream. Regards Ann

I bought a unit last year and although we're happy with it, returning canisters is problematic so we don't benefit from the refund. I'm at loss - every time I order canisters I request a return pickup but it's still there on my doorstep one the delivery has been made

If you look on Trust Pilot the reviews are all about cannister returns. I told the advisor this, didn't seem to care. The last 2 time they have taken 2 cylinders but only had one in return. If I didn't have so much syrup to use I wouldn't bother with Sodastream again. There is a theme on thier negative reviews on Trust Pilot. My prediction is they will be down to 4 star's, which for a major company is terrible. That means 20% of customer are unhappy. Not a great figure. 1 in 5 customer are not happy with Sodastream. They need to do more quickly or they will be down in the 3's. When customers give reviews they either go for 1 star or 5 star. 1 star for sodastream is becoming more on people's experience with sodastream!!!!!

Very helpful lady on the phone sorted out delivery and collection to my door.

Didn’t get sent until three days after order. Carrier didn’t deliver. Had to reorder and was told only been sent again as a one off gesture of goodwill? Wasn’t my fault it didn’t come? so not doing me any favours at all.

Several e mails sent when having trouble returning canister. Took a while before was told they are no longer using yodel and will only use a locker system for returns. Not helpful.

Works well, but only after we found out how to set it up and use via the internet. The instructions that came with the sale are very poor. Now we like the item and use it as and when.

Handy, reliable and reasonable price

Bought this very recently…less than a month ago. At first fine but now every time I use it it leaks all over the counter. Be grateful if someone could get back to me.
