Had problems with my machine and after much help had to replace it with a new machine which came promptly and works very well almost better than the first one. We are very pleased
The customer service rep, GIFT, is EXCEPTIONAL!! I wish ALL customer service reps were this efficient, knowledgeable, polite, etc. GIFT walked me thru the entire process of my return, and purchase of a new machine. And, he followed up w/ me, as well. WELL DONE!!! And THANK YOU, GIFT!!! You’re AWESOME!!!

Never had a SodaStream growing up, so I decided to get one for my kids. They love it, and so do I! We've barely bought any fizzy drinks from the shop since getting it. Easy to use, great fun, and saves money too. Highly recommended!
Had a good response after my original order went array, from Linda. She organised a replacement order, the very next day, which I received the day after that! Very happy! Love SodaStream and all the exciting flavours!
I had a problem with my 1 yr old unit. Rang them. We tested it over the phone to confirm a problem then had a new one in my hands a week or so later. Great service

I have been with soda stream for about a year and a half, and only had one problem. The customer service was outstanding in helping me and correcting the issues.
I was delighted when SS offered me a discount to get an upgrade on my machine which is almost 20 years (yet works perfectly) Several of my family have the newer styles. I had to jump at the chance. The new models are much more easier when replacing cylinders and when carbonating the water. Well pleased, the customer service is second to none can’t fault them at all. They even offered to swap out four new cylinders for new ones which compatible with the new model. Happy customer all round.

Again, second order on the run that was delayed and lost by Evri - and eventually received through DPD. While Sodastream did help and supplied next day delivery through DPD and received the right product, 2 in 2 deliveries lost through Evri in the last 3 months. Hopefully Sodastream will deal with this.
The Yodel CO2 cylinder return label asks for the "order / customer number" to be written in. On the parcel that was delivered, the numbers are "Order Account Reference", "Customer Reference", and "Customer Code". That's 5 different ways of referring to some number you need, which could just have been printed on the return label. . . This has been an issue since September 2024 when I first reported it, and still isn't fixed. So I'm not sure why I bother filling this in really. . .
Only had the one delivery so far , but nicely packaged and quick to arrive
Only problem, a minor one, was getting the right kind of tape to seal the return box.
It went as smooth as it could. Very pleased
