We order from sodastream every other month. We have noticed that it takes them almost a week to process our order before it even begins to ship. It seems shocking to me that it takes several business days to put a few pre-packaged bottles into a box.

I made a purchase on syrup that was on sale. Everything arrived early and in good condition loved it.

Ordered flavoring and they arrived with a new designed cap. They were completely broken and damaged causing the flavoring to leek out into the box. Also, I don't like the new cap because I can't measure the amount I need to add to bottle. Very disappointed.

Love it! But having a hard time finding a local CO2 refilling station for my tanks.

Was sent the wrong bottles. Customer service very pleasant and sent replacement promptly but was sent the wrong bottles again. So after not getting what I ordered twice I requested a refund (which was given) and purchased elsewhere.

We were not able to get the refills in our local Target, so we ordered online at Sodastream. They shipped the new items and we returned the empties in the box provided! It was quick and easy!

Received a refilled bottle but I do not have a soda stream machine yet. It is on the way, though.

I've switched from the plastic ones to the metal ones. They stay cold for quite a while. Best of all, they come with a top that's also a handle, which is useful when you are taking lots of things out of the fridge. You can just lift one bottle out with one finger. Very handy. And I think they have a longer life than the plastic ones.

I got this for my nephew's birthday which just occurred today. I was shocked to find upon him opening his present one of the items a leaked all over inside the box. Kind of disappointed.

Ordering online is so easy and straightforward. I placed my order Saturday afternoon and it arrived at my house in Adelaide Tuesday before lunch time. With the added extra 2 years warranty on top of the already normal 2 year warranty, is an extra incentive. This means I dont have to purchase from Harvey Norman's in order to get the extra warranty
