Bought this as price of water going up and it’s easy to make a fizzy drink when you need it I highly recommend

After acknowledging that 2 machines were faulty they then said they could offer no more assistance and have left me with a machine I can use. When I questioned this I was told I could purchase a new one if I chose to! Not sure this is legal.

Getting more expensive

Despite a myriad of messages from Evri about expecting & then receiving & then dispatching our Sodastream order, they then went silent. Their tracking recorded that they'd delivered it. They hadn't. Presumably threw it out the van somewhere, or flogged it. Fortunately, Sodastream resent the order to the friends we'd wanted to take it to, & good old DPD delivered next day. Thanks to Sodastream & suggestion not to use Evri, or give your customers a choice of delivery company. I'd never use Evri.

I had asked to delay the return of my gas cylinders, which wasnt a problem. The lady also listened as I offered some feedback and this was also well received. Thank you! 😀

It's disappointing that there has been such a steep price increase which is definitely impacting my purchasing from Sodastream. The Pepsi syrup is ok but not worth the high price tag!

Good service packaged well. My only complaint is that the service can be a bit slow so I have to order a bit early.

Easy to purchase but pain in the arse to return !! You used to put a returns sticker in the pack , now I have to call and arrange a collection !! Where is the sense in that !!

I bought the ultimate machine, it was average, no chilling system so you get room temp drinks, the max co2 fizz level is very disapointing. The machine broke down after only 5 weeks, contacted customer services who were going to sort a diff machine because the ultimate is out of stock (get the feeling im not the 1st to have problems) dispite the guy doing a video call to establish my machine was broken & would get picked up the next day, im still waiting 13 days later with no pick up, no replacement & no refund for the difrence in price of the machines. Would not recomend

Love our Art Sodastream! Bottles are a good size and quality. Easy to use once worked out that the bottles go in from an angle instead of upright. Love the choice of flavours

Sent 4 cylinders back to SodaStream and they have only refunded me for 3. I spent 37 talking to their”Customer Services” team and even though they admit they have had 4 cylinders delivered they adamantly refused to refund me for all four. Complete and utter fraud! Do not use their direct replacement service it is not fit for the purpose

Contacted Sodasteam to ask about an upgrade and manage to get an upgrade with a great offer.

Took a long time to sort out exchange on bottles wrongly ordered. Will order correct ones in future!

I just ordered 4 blue cylinders and my machine (very old) broke. I bought a new machine which required pink cylinders and these were exchanged for me. Very helpful info on the process by email.

What a great addition to the kitchen especially in this hot weather. Easy to use and does make a difference compared to drinks without soda.

I returned the cylinders straight away and have just received an email to say that I will not be refunded because they didn’t arrive. I sent them quite a long time ago and didn’t bother keeping receipts as I’ve never had an issue before. Very frustrating

I’ve been using the Aark carbonation for more than a year but find I’m having to carbonate 3 or 4 times to get the level of carbonation I want. Just used my Sodastream for the first time and already impressed with the carbonation level. Very happy and is so easy to set up and use.

Amazing so pleased I bought one. . . my son loves using it so, so easy and simple for all of us to use!
