Starting to use soda stream since last year, buying has always been smooth and easy. Recently I tried the return service, which was way easier than I expected!

As is the norm I had to spend time hunting for which house in which location the courier dumped my parcel, this makes a subscription more hassle than it's worth!

So easy to use and install the gas

The switch from Annual Plans to Subscriptions was very confusing. I ended up with another account while the Plan kept on renewing in my original account. Also lack of confirmation of receipt of returned empty cylinders and any possibly refunds on charges.

Really fantastic

We have had 2 previous models of Sodastream from the 1970 1990 now upgraded again the improvements have been drastic and the taste now just the same as originals Sometimes better as I don’t like quite as strong a taste

Why have you changed the lids there for the worst .

Buying my Soda stream was one of the best things I have purchased. The bubbles were very refreshing in the summer and it is a great company to purchase from. Also am doing my bit for the planet.

The service from Sodastream has been to the usual high standard, my order arrived well packaged, promptly and everything was great.

My first sodastream gas subscription order went well. I added some syrups to obtain free delivery, which was great. However, the delivery time window I was given by the courier was not honoured. There was no explanation or apology, and they turned up about four hours later. This is not ideal when I may have other things to do than wait around for a delivery that is not running on time. I understand that unexpected things happen, but to keep a customer in the dark without updating them is not really acceptable. This is more an issue with soda streams choice of courier rather than soda stream itself, however I believe it’s important to give this feedback.

The technology works fine - but it’s not a complicated bit of kit, so it should! However, the cylinder return and exchange process is painfully complicated and made more so by the requirement to use and cylinders within 90 days to avoid a fine - although the phone operator says I can extend this period by by emailing.. It could all be much simpler and she admitted a lot of people were confused by how the process works

I actually 2 machines, love the Pepsi max and Miranda Orange. Disappointed in recent price rises on syrups, also have had issues with returning cylinders on occasion. The customer service ladies though we're very helpful with this Overall though a generally good experience

I have subscribed to the Sodastream canister service for sometime and find it an efficient and cost effective way to buy all I need to make the most of my Sodastream. A recent problem with a delivery from them (not their fault) resulted in a really positive response to solve the problem rather than point the finger at the delivery company (who were to blame). Marvellous customer care and service.

Having seen a friend use their Duo, I am pleased to now have my own; it adds sparkle to the day: a refreshing and thirst-quenching lift to the start of an evening after a long day at work.

Was easy to order, good quality bottles. Very nice syrups.
