Love their flavors but wish they would add a cream soda.

I’ve always wanted one of these and my son got it for me for Christmas. I absolutely love it! It’s so convenient and easy to use.

Love the cannister exchange via UPS, so easy and convenient. We have used Sodastream for 15 yrs now and it has saved us so much money plus saved the Environment - no more Sparkling Water bottles to recycle or trash! Great company, great product. PS both our adult children (Tempe, San Diego) own and use their Sodastreams daily too.

Easy ordered gas cartridges for my Soda- Stream. A bit surprised that they want the caps from the tanks returned. I’ve been recycling them.

Gabrielle (customer service) sent me boxes to return seven empty canisters instead of having to find a place to recycle them. Sodastream stands for less plastic and waste in our landfills and I was very thankful that I could do a small part to support that effort.

On several locations, I have purchased replacement CO2 canisters for my soda stream. The bottles come in a cardboard container that can readily be used to send back my emptied containers. I have received my purchases promptly, and in good condition.

Service works best when the return label is included in the box. Requiring the user to log back into the website to print a label adds unnecessary friction and can come across as a cost-shifting measure rather than an “easy” service experience.

I’ve been using the sodastream to make seltzer water for 2-3 years now and it has been a great replacement for soda. I no longer crave sodas thanks to the sodastream which has been great for my health!!

It's so convenient and the soda taste just like they came from a bottle or can. Great product.
