Exchanging gas cylinders could not be easier…though there is no discount available which used to be possible at the old Bed, Bath and Beyond. Still, it is easy and convenient to use their USPS based exchange system.

I love being able to make my own sparkling water at home. I also really love the non-alcoholic cocktail mixers because they contain real sugar and come in glass bottles. I don’t like any sugar substitutes and I don’t like plastic packaging, so I was really happy to find them. They used to have a Ginger Ale mix in a glass bottle that had only real sugar, but I couldn’t find it last time I ordered.

I treated myself to a new machine , which is much easier to use than the old one and then I also ordered new flavours that I have never seen in the shops .

My old machine broke. After emailing sodastream assisted me with a discount code off another machine. Now im fizzing again im happy.

The lemonade is just awful. It may be sugar free but that doesn't do anything for the AWFUL taste.

SodaStream has saved me a TON of money. I love carbonated beverages and would spend entirely too much money on national brands. This also gives me the ability to experiment. My new favorite is Dr. Pete with some Red Velvet Cake syrup. OH MY! Homemade Lemonade with lavender syrup is a hit, too. I just wish they had not discontinued the Creme Soda. That was the best.

I have ordered from SodaStream a number of times and found them always to have good faster service. The one thing that could make it better is if they sent an email to confirm the receipt of my exchange canisters.

Overall, buying the CO2 cylinders from Sodastream is pretty painless. The one problem is that it's not clear what happens when I return cylinders late. It's not unusual for us to miss the return deadline and get charges the extra fee to buy the cylinders. Then eventually, we do return them. I've been assuming that we then get a refund of that extra fee, but we don't get any notification of that, the site is ambiguous about it, and when I look at our history, I don't see those credits. It leaves me with the nagging feeling that I've been ripped off over the past several years, paying for cylinders that I then returned but without any credit for the late return.

The order and exchange of CO2 could not be easier. I always make cure the returns ar completely empty and place the protective caps back on. Box them up and apply the supplied return label. Then to the Post Office they go. Love the Soda Stream, I’ve completely kicked the sugar habit.

I have had a Sodastream for a few years now and don't know what I do without it. Learning I can order on line is great as I don't live close enough to the stores that carry your products.

I purchased the cola thinking that sugar was added, but regular sugar with sucralose was added with it. Very very disappointing. Artificial sugar makes me nauseous.
