Oddly, I just received a refill that I ordered in December, 2025. Just seems odd that it took that long to br delivered.

I made an error in my shipping and sodastream not only resent my order, they did not charge me a second shipping fee. So pleased.

I bought this as a gift for a March 21 birthday. Can we get an extension on your timing for the return of 2 cylinders? Sge won't even have the gift for that first 30 days.

I got a new soda stream as my old one was leaking gas around the seal where the drink bottle attaches. Seems this new one is doing something similar as the gas seems to escape before releasing the drink bottle. The seal on the old one was definetly worn, not sure with this new one, I have 4 bottles and all the same so it is not the bottles.

I’ve been using a sodastream for years. This new one is easier to use than the old one, an improvement.

Order came on time. Return was easy. Can’t get better than that!

Happy. I'm a big sparkling water fan and I always struggle to get some. The only brands ai can find are imported and expensive. Now I can easily make my own, and much cheaper. Happy, will return soon.

I purchased a co2 bottle at Walmart and when I went to return it as it was empty, I was told that Wal-Mart no longer will take them back. So I called Soda Stream and told them of the problem and was told it would cost me $16. 00’s to return it to Soda Stream. This co2 will end up in the trash.

Ordered a machine starter kit and it arrived quickly. One of my canisters was missing so I contacted customer support and they sent me two canisters to replace it. I love my Sodastream. The fresh fizzy water every day helps me keep hydrated as I dislike "flat" water

Very quick delivery, very easy return process. Much more cost effective and a lot less waste with the return cylinders

SodaStream replacing their canisters cannot be easier - it's just a click away and few days later the order is on my doorstep. Then I just put the empties in the box, put the return sticker on and that is it. Love it

Delivery was slow and thr first canister doesn't work great. It is almost like it isnt filled right. Very disapointed

We love our Soda Stream we use it to carb our water and for wine seltzers. Easy to use and now we can return the cylinders! YAY!

Got the Terra because we really enjoy carbonated water. This is easier than constantly buying cases of drinks. It eliminates cans to recycle too. It's easy to set up and use. The cylinder exchange program sounds easy too. We haven't done it yet. This is one kitchen gadget that's getting plenty of use!

We love our soda stream and our Pepsi Max. It would bo so good if soda stream would make bigger bottles. We live on the water and have limited space and don't shop every week so it would be great to be able to buy big bottles.

Had to look though the offers some of it is confusing but very quick delivery and as described will see if it works ?
