Purchase dealt with efficiently as expected but more significantly, an account query relating to an old invoice was dealt with courteously and promptly

Easy to use, plenty of flavour options. Can't complain

A simple and intuitive purchasing process and good delivery process

Hi, I selected for the old gas bottles to be collected when the new ones were delivered. The driver simply dropped the package on the doorstep and left. We were home, he did not ring the bell, and did not ask to pick anything up. We are now left with gas bottles not returned. Thanks, Fiona

Always really quick and easy to order my flavours and there's plenty of great choices, delivered straight to my door in a couple of days

Brilliant wife loves it because she drinks so much sofa water

I enjoy drinking sparkling water but was aware of the number of plastic bottles went into our recycling bin. Enter the new SodaStream! We've had one before but it was time for a new one. It is brilliant and I literally have sparkling water 'on tap'. The flavourings are also far superior than before. My hubby enjoys Pepsi Max and said it tastes just like the 'real thing'!! The SodaStream website is also very easy to navigate with plenty to choose from. It would be great if they had Old Jamaica Ginger Beer as that's a favourite of mine! All in all a brilliant purchase (from their sale) and I definitely recommend it for all manner of reasons!

Great service easy ordering on the gas exchange great delivery and easy to return

Fab as always

Fantastic service. . . excellent products

Deliveries have always been very slow by today’s standards, but my most recent order was never received at all. After complaining I was offered full refund (which I’ve yet to receive) but no plan to replace the missing order.

I use my sodastream a lot it’s so much better then buying a fizzy drink from the shop I’m very happy I bought it

Great service quick and easy

Still haven't received shipment, from Evri, waiting to hear from them.

sparkling product and service

Loving the cherry cola my favourite

I bought 2 soda streams for birthday presents for my grandsons, they love them. They really easy to use and it means they always have their favourite fizzy drinks. Both my kids had these growing up. They may have change over the years but they are still a great product.

We absolutely love the sodastream, it has encouraged us to drink more squash or other flavoured water and it is so refreshing. It is very easy to set up, even my husband can work it! I ordered different items on different days. The 2nd item arrived first, with no sign of the other item. I called customer service and they were so helpful, they had it express delivered to me the next day, we couldn't ask for a better service. Overall we are very impressed with it.

Good

Easy and straightforward to purchase through the SodaStream site. I have my perfect new SodaStream now. Thank you.
