Excellent and easy to use

This was my sons number one birthday present

I needed a refill CO2 cylinder and placed an order. Delivery was fast and appreciated.

So happy to have an option for sodastream products w/o plastic. Glass bottles are great! Just hard to determine on the website which glass bottles fit which products. Also, 1 L glass bottles do not appear to be available any more, but that is what my new sodastream requires. Would like to be able to purchase more!

I have one of the OG Fizzy machines because I could never buy soda water or seltzer water with enough "fizz". With my SodaStream machine I can make my water as fizzy as I want. I love my machine and I just reorder my cartridges and new bottles when my old ones expire.

I looked at all the Soda Streams but decided to just go for the classic basic one which has been used many times and provides great fizz to our water!

The subscription is so great and easy. The bottles I ordered are fantastic (even though I lost one and didn’t even have it a whole week 😢) Love my SODASTREAM stuff so much.

Replacement cylinders are easy to return and they send the replacements quickly. Never out of CO2

Seriously. How did I live without SodaStream before? The service, product, and website work so well and the bubbles light up my day.

Simply the best way to refill cylinders! Flavor selection is unmatched.

I am signed up to the gas exchange and was due to receive 2 full canisters for 2 empties but I received something entirely different (see photo) but I contacted Sodastream and they were very helpful and apologetic but did send the correct order Thank you Sodastream

Sodastream has been a great purchase and has saved me lots of money as I no longer have to buy sparking water, and has prevented a huge amount of plastic bottles having to be disposed of and recycled (the recycling bin was overflowing with empty plastic sparklimg water bottles).

Products bought online are very good value as compared to prices at supermarkets also the range complete, Woolies / Coles regularly have limited stock in my experience. Buy enough and have it delivered for free. Delivery service is punctions. All-in-all good online shopping experience. Weel done.

I am really enjoying Soda Stream! I love making my own bubbly drinks in different flavors! I am so glad I have this Soda Stream.

Had problems with my machine and after much help had to replace it with a new machine which came promptly and works very well almost better than the first one. We are very pleased

The customer service rep, GIFT, is EXCEPTIONAL!! I wish ALL customer service reps were this efficient, knowledgeable, polite, etc. GIFT walked me thru the entire process of my return, and purchase of a new machine.
