I was rather disappointed to find out after the fact that my $499 order (not furniture) did not qualify for free shipping because of where I lived and therefore it would not qualify for free return if necessary. It would have been nice to see a map of areas that did not qualify for the free shipping but rather it was sprung on me after I expected it already to ship at no cost.
