Excellent Customer Service
I placed an order on Snuggle Bugz website for pickup at the warehouse. It was ready for pickup very quickly. Unfortunately, I was not going to be able to make it in to pickup and emailed customer service to get a refund for the product. Within minutes they responded and issued the refund. Great service!!!

Snuggle Bugz Me!
Be warned - Did not honour 10% discount code for online purchase. Instead made excuse that not all suppliers are involved in the promotion. Why not make that clear at point of order? Order placed Oct 24. Today is Nov 2. Store is in Burlington, delivery address Hamilton. Received notice shipment was on its way Oct 28. . . . still nothing! oh, and the Snuggle Buggers completely inundated me with texts and emails après purchase! Never shall I order or recommend these dodgy folks!

Wrong sizing
I am very disappointed at the fact that I have to go out of my way to return a product that was very clearly your company’s mistake. This was my first time ordering anything form you and although it was an easy and fast purchase, it was the wrong size.

Not impressed
Your customer service persona tried to tell me none of them were in stock, I even showed her the that she was wrong. If I gave up that easy you would’ve lost the sale of 3 jellycats but I persisted and got all of them. Also maybe allow your stores to ship out not just your warehouse, would make the customer experience way better!

Delivery times
I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery timeline. At the point of purchase, it was clearly stated that the item would be ready within 2–4 days. Yet, almost 24 hours later, I was informed it will actually take 9–12 weeks to be delivered. This is completely unacceptable.

Never received my item at all
Highly disappointed as I ordered the Small beige Jellycat bunny on August 21st, and they took the money for it that day. I always track my packages and was concerned a week ago when it hadn't moved in a week. I opened a ticket for tracking with Canada Post and it was closed days later with the explanation of reaching out to the seller. I then called and explained that I'm waiting for this item for my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday, only to hear that they need to check in with it. Finally they email me back and say sorry it's lost in transit and we can't send you a replacement because it's not in stock. We'll refund your credit card and you'll get it back in 5-7 days. No incentive at all, no discount on your next order. Nothing. If nothing happens I'll be telling my friends not to bother ordering from this site, as it's not reliable for a Canadian company. Extremely disappointed is a understatement.

Highly recommend to new parents or anyone rebuying
We had been to another store and knew a little bit about stroller and car seat combos, Sue walked us through all of the option, spent about 45 min to an hour with us, we settled on a Silver Cross stroller with a Nuna car seat - Thanks Snugglebugz for the value added shopping experience!

Don’t Expect A Refund
We bought a small cup holder for $20 to add to our $1500+ Uppababy system. The baby wasn’t born until 40 days after purchase. Once we tried to attach the cup holder to the car seat we quickly realized how unsafe the cup holder was. We contacted Snugglebugz to return. Response, sorry over 30 days go to the manufacturer. We have several dollars of monies to spend on crib and nursery. Pretty sure we will be looking elsewhere. A pity.

If you’re looking for feedback than I’ll provide it below. As I stated in my reply to Mandie on Friday August 22nd, I am very disappointed in the customer service and will not be ordering from Snuggle Bugz again in the future. This was my first time ordering from the website and due to a small 2 inch rip on the cardboard box, it ends up costing me $50ish dollars. I understand there are policies in place but is very disappointing. The item itself was unused, barely unpacked, in perfect condition. The only reason the stroller was returned was because it was a terrible design and not the item we expected. We have a growing young family and many friends with young children and we will be sharing our unfortunate experience with them as we wouldn’t wish for something unfortunate like this to happen to them on any purchases. A return is a return and should be treated as such with a full refund. A box with a rip should not be the reason a customer has a bad experience a company, however that is now the case. My experience rating is a 1 out of 5 stars only because of her prompt response to my email. Should you reconsider refunding me the rest of the money that belongs to me, then the star rating and my opinion in the future may change.
