I bought a car seat, then saw a week later it went on sale. I contacted customer service to inquire about a price adjustment. They won’t do an adjustment for that particular sale (like most companies would). Then I said I would like to return it. They won’t let me to return a new in box car seat. Then I show them that other companies are having the same sale, they still won’t price match. Seems like they will always find a reason to get out of a price match. Disappointing to say the least. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Great quality baby goods and customer service. Rated as a 4 because I ordered online for next day delivery and their courier did not deliver on time so I had to rush out the day of the baby shower to purchase another gift. I then returned the parcel that was delivered late back to the store. So don't rely on their next day delivery as a guarantee and give yourself time. Snuggle Bugz did refund me the extra shipping cost I paid for the rush delivery.
