Lack of transparency for registry closeout
The fact that the registry closeout discount has a two week time limit was not disclosed anywhere on the website (website says 3 months) nor by the contact at Snugglebugz when they contacted me to close my registry. It wasn’t shared until after the registry was closed. I was also not informed of the additional exclusions that are also not listed on the website (website only says car seats, strollers furniture, electronics, sale items but there are so many more exclusions - pretty much every major brand). When I asked for an extension given the two week period was never disclosed, Snugglebugz was not amenable.

Timely and helpful
The security of your grandchild in a car is very important and the team at Snuggle Bugz were wonderful as I searched diligently for a part that got misplaced in a move. I highly recommend them. .

Stroller Scam
I noticed on Facebook that Snuggle bugz had a top of the line stroller for sale for three dollars. I took a screenshot of the offer and sent it to the company. They immediately replied back that it was indeed a scam. That’s unfortunate for me because my son and daughter in law are expecting. BUT there quick response saved me from being scammed.

Poor return policy
All returns should be free and should not be as difficult to return. My shipment came in no box but I have to return it covered in paper? Why would I go through the hassle of returning it covered so it doesn’t get ruined if it came delivered without anything. What if it came delivered to me and got ruined. This is why I shop at West Coast!

No identification on gifts
I liked that I could place an order and have it delivered to my niece however, the order she got from this company had absolutely no identification on them so she had no idea what gift came from what person. I ordered something for her in May and it is July and I have no idea whether she got it or if she knows it was from me. I had written a note for her with that gift, but apparently she never got it

Don’t purchase Gift Cards
For anyone purchasing a gift card through a registry for an expectant mom, DON’T DO IT! Give the mom cash instead. If you don’t put the mom’s email in your purchase they are sent to you (this is not explained at time of purchase). In my case I was only attending because it was a good friends daughter. I had never meet the expectant mom, let alone know her email address. Also the gift cards expire (never realized gift cards expire). So I have received numerous emails from the company giving new gift cards. If I had realized the hassle this would cause I would never had purchased the gift cards, I would have given cash.

We bought this cloud g car seat and it says the manufacturer date is in 2024. The car seat quality is really bad. Car seat cushion is really terrible, We can literally feel the plastic. We bought the same one last year from Amazon, the quality is really good although it was manufactured in 2023. It was really shocking for us how come the recently manufactured is of terrible quality. We had reached out to snuggle bugz on the same day of purchase, shared our concern but they didn’t help with anything and told us car seat is final sale they can’t do anything. Just wasted our $600 on this.

When I had issues with my purchase, they told me they don’t deal with it and if I had a complaint contact the manufacture. You would think a company that sells supposedly high-end items would at least help its customers out, but I guess that’s not how Snuggle Bugz runs their business.
