The female Sales assitance was extremely helpful, delivery was made on time and the driver followed the instructions

We ordered balustrade which came in time,reasonably priced

service was good, we delt with Alex who helped us with the quote after i given him the sizes of each room. he was very helpful with the selection of carpet and underlay. once all ordered the 2 carpet fitters come to do a final measure. Delivery was very good as we scheduled to work with our renovation. the only reason i didn't give the full 5 stars is because the delivery was short and they had forgotten the carpet for the stairs and landing. That got delivered a week later and fitted the next day of delivery. Over all very good and would recommend

Ordering was easy, but due to not having all the correct products ended up having to make 3 orders. Whilst making the order for the sq feet of decking it would be very helpful for Dream decking to provide how much fixings and finishing products would be required for the amount of decking ordered. This I would have found helpful when placing my order, as I didn't order the correct amount, this required me to make 2 seperate additional orders which did infact cost me extra for each delivery. In total had 3 deliveries. A feature for recommended items and amounts would be very useful if this is added to the Dream Decking site.

Dream Decking were extremely helpful during the ordering process. The delivery date was earlier than scheduled which was very much appreciated. This is a very professional company with helpful staff.

Shipped on time, good quality, easy to install

This is the 3rd batch of flooring we’ve had from direct wood flooring, as always very friendly staff, delivery was excellent too. The flooring looks amazing now it’s down, just need to finish off the skirting and the steps
