The quality of the flooring is absolutely excellent! However, I will say we had a lot of trouble with their contracted fitters. The carpet fitter did an inadequate job the first time and it took a while and many calls for refitting. One employee would not deal with me at all unless it was with the specific person I made the purchase with (Tom at Huddersfield who was excellent!). On the second fitting the fitter was very begrudging and unfriendly like we were doing him a disservice calling him out for poor fitting. I would purchase flooring from this company again but have it fitted by someone elsewhere. I should note, this was only the carpet fitter not the LVT fitter (who were amazing). I cant fault the company themselves but the carpet contractor was poor.

Lovely floor, feels like really good quality, love the colour and the fake grain. Only wish we'd known how complicated herringbone was to fit, but glad we persevered.
