The product arrived when it said it would. Mark At the Snooze outlet near Domain in Townsville was very helpful and easy to talk to. When I had to rearrange delivery times due to my changing work roster the guys were more than happy to accommodate the changes.

It was available quicker than expected and when I wasn’t available on the delivery day offered snooze made it happen next day. The delivery guy was efficient and made lifting a mattress look so easy 😂

Customer service was incredible

I have no issues with the mattress, however, the delivery process was delayed for a few days and it was uncoordinated. The subcontractor did not come in the prescribed time window which caused problems with other personal (medical) arrangements which had been clearly relayed to the warehouse. The driver parked right across the driveway, blocking access and then he reversed while his colleague was standing on the open tail gate. Ten days later I received emailed instructions about what to expect for my forthcoming delivery!

Snooze were very helpful with information in purchasing the bed. The delivery of the bed was good as it did come in the time we were told it would arrive.
