Excellent! Order arrived quicker than expected and the delivery men were so helpful.

The guy in the store was very helpful when I was selecting the mattress, and making the purchase of the bed was easy. I was told it would arrive in 4 weeks time. When I'd heard nothing and time was getting close I rang the store to hear the bed had been delayed and it was still at least another 6 weeks away. It wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to be told. Delivery happened without a hitch and the men were quick to put the bed together for me.

I love my new mattress it is so comfortable. I get a good night sleep every night. The bed has plenty of storage space for all my bed linen

When to pickup bed at store in Kotara were it was purchased, only to find out the warehouse for collection was 15mins back the way I had come, otherwise collection was easy and the staff loaded it into my vehicle

More info re construction would have been good.

It is only early days with sleeping on the Essex QS Mattress but so far I love it. No aches anymore and sleeping well. The delivery was professional and helpful.

Happy with the service, we couldn't take the product in time as house construction was still going on. But, snooze gave us support and hold the delivery of product as per our prescribed date.
