Made a huge order for three gaslift beds and mattresses. After two months got delivered with parts missing, no inventory list provided - when asked the delivery people they said all done. No support when contacted, store staff said it's our fault we ordered online refused any responsibility "TONY"- Alexandra, that was the point of contact given. Delivery people out of blue called and said we are found a box dropping in - when asked for liability of delivering- unapologetic and said its our fault we organized external assembly. Delivery people rude and disrespectful made us feel belittled and unsafe. For the premium price and delivery charges paid disappointing, condescending and disrespectful. Not worth it.
Very happy with the delivery and assembly service. The delivery team was professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. They assembled my bed carefully, made sure everything was set up properly, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Really appreciated how helpful and polite they were throughout the process. Very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Snooze.

We purchased four mattresses and bases from the Maddison range, and some pillows. They look fabulous and are delightful to sleep on. The in-store service from John in the Hawthorn store (remember, Snooze is franchised) was knowledgeable, respectful and generous. He was also fast to take responsibility for, and remedy, a glitch. Overall we are very happy and would certainly recommend Snooze to others.
Spent thousands for the maddison mattress. Been waking up with back pain every day for 2 months now. Every other mattress store offers an 90 day exchange except snooze. How are we supposed to know after a 5 minute test in the store if this is the right mattress for us. I was hesitant to purchase in store because of the lack of exchange and I should have shopped elsewhere where because now im stuck with an awful mattress that hurts my back every night.
Purchased a bed frame for $2239 in April 2024 - began falling apart in May 2025. Have been told itās not covered under warranty, after chasing them up for the past 3 months for a response. Made from very cheap material. Very disappointed in myself for believing a higher price tag meant higher quality. For comparison, our $150 bed frame from Kogan has lasted longer than this overpriced garbage. Never, ever will I buy from them again.

Iām extremely disappointed with my experience with @SnoozeAustralia and Futuresleep regarding my Madison Brooklyn Medium Queen mattress, purchased from Snooze Aspley (QLD) earlier this year. After only a few months, the mattress developed serious spring and support issues ā itās uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. I raised a warranty claim, took a day off work for the inspection and pickup, and was told the mattress would be assessed and repaired. Yesterday, I received the mattress back, but the same problem still exists. It feels exactly the same as before ā sagging, uneven, and clearly not the quality we paid for. Their report claims āno manufacturing faultā, yet they admit that they damaged and replaced the comfort layers during inspection, which makes the product even more questionable. To make matters worse, my wife is in postpartum recovery with our newborn, and this ongoing issue is seriously affecting her ability to rest properly. We trusted Snooze to provide a quality product for our family, and this has been nothing but stress and inconvenience. Under Australian Consumer Law, this is a major failure ā the product is not fit for purpose, and we are legally entitled to a refund or replacement. Yet Snooze and Futuresleep are refusing to take responsibility. Iām calling on @SnoozeAustralia to do the right thing: ā Provide a proper resolution ā refund or replacement. ā Stop dismissing customers when faults are clearly still present. ā Respect families who rely on your products for basic comfort and rest. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will be escalating this matter to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading if itās not resolved promptly. I have purchased an expensive bed that we cannot sleep on. It is a sealy Ultra Plush Mattress, but when delivered, itās as hard as a rock . Too firm and uncomfortable. Was not offered any assistance when reported to store - complete waste of money. I have also noticed ads offering personal sleep assessment, I was not offer this even though I explained , I need a mattress to relieve pain and price was not a concern for me. Also the bed with that base, purchased together are not suitable as far too high , I canāt even touch the ground.
Purchase online through their website and it was a breeze. Was contacted by the team at snooze to arrange delivery date and time and it was a smooth process. It arrived on time and in great condition. Thank you
