In particular, Peter is absolutely fantastic to deal with. He is always friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to properly understand what we are looking for, explains everything clearly, and provides a thorough breakdown and comparison of the different products. He never makes you feel pressured to buy and genuinely wants to make sure you choose the product that is right for your needs and budget. What really stands out is the level of personalised service. Peter is always willing to go the extra mile, answer every question and make what can sometimes be an overwhelming process of choosing beds and bedroom furniture incredibly easy. The rest of the team at Snooze Bankstown have also always been friendly, helpful and accommodating, which makes the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. IN REFERENCE TO A A LOT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS REGARDING CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING OF BACK PAIN WITH THE 'MADISON TIMES SQUARE (Adjustable) MATTRESS:- Firstly I'd like to say that I was about to write my excellent review on this mattress. However I saw that there were so many negative reviews about this particular mattress, I decided to do some research on this mattress and buying any mattress in general to assist potential customers in making the right decision. Most importantly, to convince people that THE MADISON TIMES SQUAREmattress is of exceptional quality and far out weighed my expectations of extreme comfort - I'M ALMOST 60, I HAVE SUFFERED FROM CHRONIC BACK PAIN DUE TO SPINAL STENOSIS AND ARTHRITIS FOR 15 YEARS AND I USED TO WAKE UP CONSTANTLY DURING THE NIGHT WITH MY SEALY POSTUREPEDIC 'MEDIUM' MATTRESS (which I had unfortunately put up with for 10 years). BUT SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED THIS MATTRESS, WHICH I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS PURE INDULGENCE, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT MY BACK PAIN HAS IMPROVED BY AROUND 70% DURING THE NIGHT IN JUST 9 WEEKS (and I feel a lot better during the day because I've had a much better quality nights sleep)‼️ MY MOTHER BOUGHT THE SAME BED AS I DID AND SHE IS OF THE SAME OPINION AS ME, SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS MATTRESS. I have put quite a bit of time into preparing this review because I strongly believe that this mattress is of the highest quality and is extremely comfortable and has honestly left my mother and I with much more comfort, including a better sleep and much less pain to live with: I COULD NOT PRAISE THE 'SNOOZE' TEAM ENOUGH IN HELPING US BOTH CHOOSE THE PERFECT MATTRESS TO SUIT OUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. Really disappointed with Snooze. Be aware that their no-return policy is extremely strict, no matter what. I bought a mattress that I found completely unsuitable after trying it for one night, but they wouldn’t accept a return or exchange. Definitely recommend making absolutely sure you’re happy with the mattress before buying, as there seems to be very little flexibility once you’ve paid.

I was shopping with my MIL looking for a new bed frame and mattress for her. Kendall was very patient and helpful and not pushy at all. All the staff have been wonderful! I’m really happy we went in there. There was great selection of beds and furniture at a great price (awesome sale time!) I also had my 4 year old with us which I was tricky. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend!

Do better snooze !!! Promised no more than 5 week wait, 9. 5 week wait. Multiple phone calls by me to chase up what was happening Frame delivered to one shop mattress to another and I understand this stuff happens but where is your customer service not a phone call, no apology, Nothing just you’ll have another 2. 5 week wait. Delivery $130 online $206 in store ?? No customer service once purchased is made Hand ball from franchise to franchise Delivery day no phone call to let us know it’s coming or estimated delivery time. . there are some great bedding stores out there so I would advise you to spend your $5000 somewhere else…

We recently bought the Byron double bed and regret every dollar spent. Some of the cheapest materials used for a very expensive bed. The paper thin veneer is pathetic for a bed that costs $1900. Do yourself a favour and avoid a bed from Snooze if this is the quality.

Ordered a matress, with Snooze Cannington WA, spend over $5k. Plush mattress is as hard as a rock! Delivery is made, but protector wasn't in stock. Only advised by driver. Spend so much, and they cant call to advise this ? Meant to be coming from the east, but takes 3 weeks. Snooze has lost any future business here! Not to mention the horrid service at Midland store!

Made a huge order for three gaslift beds and mattresses. After two months got delivered with parts missing, no inventory list provided - when asked the delivery people they said all done. No support when contacted, store staff said it's our fault we ordered online refused any responsibility "TONY"- Alexandra, that was the point of contact given. Delivery people out of blue called and said we are found a box dropping in - when asked for liability of delivering- unapologetic and said its our fault we organized external assembly. Delivery people rude and disrespectful made us feel belittled and unsafe. For the premium price and delivery charges paid disappointing, condescending and disrespectful. Not worth it.

Very happy with the delivery and assembly service. The delivery team was professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. They assembled my bed carefully, made sure everything was set up properly, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Really appreciated how helpful and polite they were throughout the process. Very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Snooze.

We purchased four mattresses and bases from the Maddison range, and some pillows. They look fabulous and are delightful to sleep on. The in-store service from John in the Hawthorn store (remember, Snooze is franchised) was knowledgeable, respectful and generous. He was also fast to take responsibility for, and remedy, a glitch. Overall we are very happy and would certainly recommend Snooze to others.

Spent thousands for the maddison mattress. Been waking up with back pain every day for 2 months now. Every other mattress store offers an 90 day exchange except snooze. How are we supposed to know after a 5 minute test in the store if this is the right mattress for us. I was hesitant to purchase in store because of the lack of exchange and I should have shopped elsewhere where because now im stuck with an awful mattress that hurts my back every night.

Purchased a bed frame for $2239 in April 2024 - began falling apart in May 2025. Have been told it’s not covered under warranty, after chasing them up for the past 3 months for a response. Made from very cheap material. Very disappointed in myself for believing a higher price tag meant higher quality. For comparison, our $150 bed frame from Kogan has lasted longer than this overpriced garbage. Never, ever will I buy from them again.

Friendly & helpful service allowed us to make a quick decision on a new mattress and Shesh also helped us save money on our purchase. Very happy with the service that was provided.
