Poor no zero star so I guess you get one

Missing a second bike that was ordered and no one is willing to give me a straight answer and or even respond to my several emails I have sent about this. Absolutely horrible customer service that has ruined my experience for this whole company. If someone buys your product you should be able to send out everything the customer has purchased not just half of the order and ghost them.

Very bad costumer support , Not helpful at all

Support was helpful for my Sno-Go assembly. Unfortunately I needed support due to the assembly not matching the instruction booklet or videos.

I didn't talk to any one from support but I love how this company has military discount. A lot of companies have been taking it away completely or only giving it to active duty not veterans. Thank you for the support.
