Everything I imagined it would be. As a 70 year-old, Dirt Bike and long board enthusiast that has never skied. It was a fun and easy learn. I went down the slopes 19 times without incident on difficult trails. It’s the exact thing grandpa needs to stay in shape off-season.
A great item a must do upgrade for your Snogo.
The shipping of the product was quick took a week assembly was easy not hard to figure out. As far as the support goes not very good haven’t heard a thing about the issue I have with a ski that sent a picture of so I don’t know what to think about it or what being done. Other that I’m 70 years old and love riding this thing and I’ve never skied before.
Sno-go sent replacement parts quickly and were communitive when the original part that I needed was showing as out of stock on the website. Back to hitting the slopes and having fun, just wish there was more snow right now here in Colorado!
For the most part, great communication, responses and customer care. Except just one hiccup where I was told to purchase an EZ lift bar when come to find out, it come with one. They processed a return right away for that. One ski had some damage during shipping, SNO-GO offered $100 credit, which I thought was generous.
Great job 👏 ready to rock my sno go at Heavenly. Lets Go
Shipping was quick for this part. I somewhat wish they could stock more, especially before the snow season ever begins. These parts are starting to be like Gold with a price sometimes to match.
Very helpful, quick response time, very flexible and reasonable regarding a solution for your issues!
Bought a new shift. It came quickly. It was packaged well and is a flawless thing of beauty. Next I ordered parts when the became available. They shipped promptly. Happy customer. Can’t wait for the maiden voyage to my favorite Mountain in VT. I may ever ski OKEMO again if the Sno-go is everything I hope it to be.
Terrible
Everything very 👌
I Finally Found My Place on Snow — and It Has a seat!! Waiting until my 50s to try skiing and snowboarding was probably a bad idea—my knees just couldn’t take it this year. But I still wanted a way to enjoy the ski resort with my teenage daughters, so I decided to try a Sno-Go. BEST. DECISION. EVER. This was hands down the most fun I’ve ever had on snow. Comfortable, confidence-boosting, and pure joy from top to bottom. 10/10 recommend—especially if you want to love the mountain without punishing your body
I got a ton of emails after my purchase, but when i received my SnoGo it was damaged. Reported it, but until now no response.
A great product the Sno Go Trike and wonderful to have an equally great team backing it up if ever needed . Very easy to deal with especially as I live in Australia 😀👍
Fast shipping we made to white pass the following day.
As someone who enjoys MTB and has a combination of six patellar dislocations and subluxations on my flesh vehicle history report dating back to my teenage years, I had written snow sports off as something I’d ever be able to partake in given the inherent tension and torsion the knee is exposed to. But SNO GO opened up a door I thought was permanently locked for me. My first runs immediately clicked, being able to gather speed, stop on a dime, and turn on steep terrain with control. I can’t wait to progress even further on this thing. As a lifelong Coloradan at 29 years, i’m genuinely grateful to have come across this brilliant contraption that (mostly) takes the knee out of the equation so I can finally join my friends on the mountain.
Love the different sno gos I've been able to ride and sure appreciate the team in Bluffdale when I needed a repair. They are a great group of folks and hold nice meet ups to connect with other sno-goers. They even had me beta test the XL version last year when it was a prototype. Thank you, Snogo, I wouldn't be on the slopes without you all.
After 40 years of skiing I recently concluded that due to foot problems, I can no longer wear ski boots. Thought I was going to have to go to the dark side and get a snowboard, until I stumbled across Sno-Go and bought a Shift. Now, even if I could put ski boots on I would not consider it, as the Shift is so much more fun!!! Love it - Tim in Kimberley, BC, Canada

I first discovered the snogo probably ten years ago. I had been a skier but my knees and hips had packed in and I was searching around for some means to keep me on the slopes with my family and friends. I was fortunate enough to meet Alin Dobrin in Austria who had two snogos and he lent me one. It was just like skiing but without the pain. I went home and ordered one. It was a real game changer for me.
