So great bike and I love it so much I just wish in the parts that you get the screws to connect whatever the items are. It is kinda hard making sure you get the right screws just by themselves.

Bike seems fun but CS is a joke. I purchased the bike and shortly after they dropped the price and they don't care. Said it was too late and they can't refund me the difference. Also be aware that the bolt that breaks often is super expensive. And when it breaks they blame the user even though there are a ton of people dealing with this. You can verify this yourself on the sno go facebook group.
So much fun and easy to learn! Definitely a must try especially if you don’t ski or snowboard!

I love my sno-go shift it’s a blast to ride and I teach others how to ride at my ski resort
Did an upgrade on my Shift with the front forks, they helped me get what I needed and helped with extra parts I may need. Awesome people to deal with.
Was told to get the ski fixed at a ski shop at first which when you pay 1500 and the bike comes in damaged not so great situation still waiting for parts to come in so i can finnaly use it had to go and rent a bike again at loon last weekend

Poor no zero star so I guess you get one
Missing a second bike that was ordered and no one is willing to give me a straight answer and or even respond to my several emails I have sent about this. Absolutely horrible customer service that has ruined my experience for this whole company. If someone buys your product you should be able to send out everything the customer has purchased not just half of the order and ghost them.

Support was helpful for my Sno-Go assembly. Unfortunately I needed support due to the assembly not matching the instruction booklet or videos.
