Everyone was very courteous. However, when we tried to attach our headboard to the bed, the brackets that came with the frame do not attach to the frame. To clarify, this is not a matter of our headboard not fitting. Instead, it is a problem from the factory. The brackets came in the box with the frame. The holes do not match the frame.

I am s skeptical person. I believe in if it is to good to be true. It generally is. Well I was proved wrong. I was shopping locally in Southern California for mattresses. It was for my mom. She fell in love with a Beauty Rest Black. We were told that the price was not negotiable. However, if I could find it for less, they may price match. So while in the store I found a Sleep City add with a lower price, I called Sleep City and was then given even a lower price. The difference was huge. Hundreds less. However, it was from an out of town company. So I was very skeptical. Hillary assured me that the price was correct and they would deliver for free, set up and hall away the old mattress. We were given a three week delivery window. The mattress was delivered ten days after I made the initial purchase. Way ahead of time. The white glove delivery service was perfect. Two polite and professional men took out the old mattress and frame. Installed the new power base and mattress. They went over how to operate everything. Then they hulled everything away. Two of the nicest men I have ever met. It was a father son team. Marco and Marco. I couldn't be happier with the overall purchase experience. The sale and delivery all went extremely smooth and flawless. I can't say enough good things about the sales staff and the overall experience of the purchase. Oh, I and I almost forgot. We saved $1700. in the overall purchase compared to the local dealers. Thank you Sleep City.

I love my adjustable bed frame. Beware that the headboard brackets are extremely heavy and bulky and are designed very poorly - they don't work if you choose the short foot or no foot option, and the holes didn't align for my new board. I will have to get a smaller - like full size - headboard for my queen, and hope that works - it may not. Despite this, I love the frame. A couple nights I was having a hard time getting to sleep and I put it in the anti-gravity mode and viola, off to sleep. Sleep City, Hillary, has great customer service. This is the second item I've bought from them online and have been completely satisfied both times.

Bought a bed from Van. He really knows beds and helped me choose the right choice for me out of 4 or 5 we were considering Hilary was great at keeping me updated on delivery and it arrived earlier than expected. It was a little firm at first but now after 3 weeks it’s perfect.

I searched for the best price and sleep city had it . I saved over 600.00 bucks!! ordering was easy ,lead time for delivery was as quoted. One small glitch the delivery company for got my free bed frame , but brought it out the next day. Good company will recommend them.

Late last Fall, we inquired about the warranty on a Beautyrest mattress that was purchased in 2011. Responses were quick, forms were provided and were easy to fill out, documentation was guided, replacement options were identified, no time pressures were imposed, the order was placed immediately upon our selection of a replacement, and delivery came within two weeks or so, as promised. The communications with Hillary were on-going, both verbal and electronic, and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. We couldn't be happier with our selection, and our fear of having to deal with a warranty issue was totally erased in our interactions. Sleep City was great to deal with, even at a distance, and Beautyrest and Sleep City stood strongly behind their product. We continue to recommend Sleep City without hesitation, and we remain absolutely pleased with the service and support.
