Got a set of these when I purchased a new mattress in March as part of a sleep package. Liked them so much that I had to have another. My order with you came promptly and you gave me a discount when ordering. Price was less then I could find them anywhere else. They are not cheap sheets, for sure, but well worth it and I would definitely order from your store again.

This is the second mattress set I have purched from SleepCity and I am telling everyone I know to purchase their mattresses from them also. Great customer service and low prices make them the best!

Highly recommend buying from them. We bought three mattresses, a full, a queen and a king. Compared their prices to a 40% off Labor Day sale at Macy's, and saved 900 dollars on the mattresses, no tax on 5000 dollars, free shipping and set up, and they threw in hypo-allergenic mattress covers and two very nice pillows per mattress. Stephanie was great to work with.

I checked a number of web prices and Sleep City Mattress seems to have better prices compared other web prices and local department stores such as Macy's, Sears, Mattress Warehouse, JCPenney, etc.. I placed my order with Stephanie Eason for Simmons Black Label Beautyrest Black King Mattress, bedframe, delivery and relocation of the existing mattress. Sleep City offered me the Simmons bedframe or the Malouf bedframe with 9 point support which is what I wanted. That was nice of Sleep City to have the flexibility to select the bedframe frame that I needed. Sleep City also provided me two pillows and mattress protector which was nice as part of the purchase package. The purchase included delivery of the mattress and removal of the old mattress. But I did not need any removal but relocation of the mattress in that room to another bedroom on a different floor in the house. I also talked to Hilary Sampson when Stephanie was not available. Great service and great product!

The price was better than I could find elsewhere. However be prepared to wait up to a month for your mattress. They told me my mattress was “lost” at their wearhouse for over two weeks. Not until I emailed the Vice President of the company did I start to get a response and movement for my purchase. Then the people who deliver the mattress were very unprofessional. I found them laying on the mattresses in their truck. Then they refused to haul away my old mattress until I threatened to cancel my purchase. It wasn’t until then that they offered to do what they promised initially. Great mattress though.

Very helpful sales person

We are extremely happy with our new king size Stearns and Foster bed. Sleep City saved us lots of money and the bed was delivered in a timely fashion. The factory sent a twin frame with the bed and Hillary addressed the issue promptly and had a king size frame shipped asap. I would definitely use Sleep City again. The only catch is that you have to be sure which bed you want, as returns are costly. Otherwise Sleep City is the best value out there. They will save you lots of $$$$$

Honestly I was concerned when I first ordered that the site might not be legit. Well, I was very very wrong. Not only is the bed top notch, but the customer service was incredible. I had a very complicated delivery and they didn't want to commit to sell me the mattress until they could ensure my delivery could be executed the way I wanted. Then, they followed up multiple times to ensure everything went smoothly. Can not rate my experience high enough.

Excellent service, great comfort!

Great service on the phone with Sleep City representative and very competitive pricing. The only hiccup was the delivery. The carrier had the wrong phone number to contact me and then welched on the delivery date.
