I bought a bed 1-26-24. Forrest my sale agent was the most helpful out of all the places that I went too!! He was very knowledgeable about all beds.He also found me a better price on a different bed and had a great personality. I would recommend him for greatest sales person ever.

Sleep City just knocked it out of the park! We recently purchased 3 beds which were delivered and set up in our new home. It is very unusual to receive the kind of support and advice that I got from Charlie at the store. He was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. He went so far out of his way to help me, it was unbelievable. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a mattress that suited my needs. I have purchased two mattresses at Sleep City . After the first purchase, I was so satisfied I returned to purchase a second mattress. Morgan the sales rep was so professional, kind and helpful for both purchases. He knows his products and was very helpful sorting out the best mattress. After having a house fire and having to relocate, Morgan (Customer Service Representative) went out of his way to make sure our purchase and needs were expedited and totally fulfilled. We loved our prior mattress from our home which was lost in the fire, but it was very heavy, so we purchased a different brand of mattress that was of super quality and lighter weight. After a month we realized that the mattress we used to have is truly the one we would rather have. We went back to talk to Morgan about exchanging the mattress for the same brand of mattress that we used to have. Both DJ and Charlie were already familiar with our situation without even looking up our account on the computer which is simply amazing - this kind of pass down to the other employees just does not happen too often. With no hesitation Charlie collaborated with us to make the exchange process happen with no worries. Charlie ordered without delay to ensure we could have the mattress brand/type that we used to have. We also wanted to give a shout out to the deliver personnel (sorry don't recall their names) as they were incredibly careful and personable. The folks that work at Seep City here in Missoula are genuinely caring and professional and these type of employees is what makes all the difference in a company. Well done and thank you!

I received an email the day after my online purchase from someone in customer service bc the sheets were 6-8 weeks out backordered. She wanted to make sure I still wanted them. We had a pleasant exchange. And the sheets arrived within 10 days!!
