Only downside is not getting as quick a delivery date

Talked with Hillary, her knowledge of mattresses is unsurpassed, after discussing my needs, I decided on buying the Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze Mattress. The mattress is great, it's allot of money, but definitely worth the price. Tha Customer service Hillary provided was a 10 star experience. She immediately email me a receipt of my purchase, three days later she emailed me a tracking number for the mattress delivery and she also called me to make sure I knew of the tracking info and asked me if I had any questions. There was no tax and shipping charge on the mattress, what a bargain. If your looking at buying a mattress I definitely recommend talking to Hillary, she'll give you a outstanding mattress buying experience. This is a honest review.

I recently visited a mattress store to determine the brand and type mattress best suited for me. After trying several brands I settled on the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Cassatt Luxury Firm Mattress. I am always seeking the best quality and best price for my purchases so after returning home I did an online search. When I clicked on the Sleep City site I was impressed by what I read about the store and the reviews. I called customer service and spoke to Stephanie. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and very courteous and professional. She assisted in the other items to accompany the mattress including the bed frame, mattress protector and pillows. We also discussed the time frame to receive these products, which would be about two weeks. Once I saw the substantial savings on this site, I placed the order on February 17. I received the other items via UPS on February 21 and the mattress and box spring on February 25. The delivery personnel took great care in my home with the installation and removal of my bedding products. I am very satisfied with every aspect of this purchase process and have already spoken to 3 friends and neighbors who are also ready to replace their mattresses. To the store owner/manager: Please express my gratitude to the over and above actions taken by Stephanie to ensure my complete satisfaction.

It was great other than the free bed frame was bent and couldn’t be attached the headboard !

I purchased the Hybrid Sealy Posturpedic Ultra Plush - (Gold Chill) King mattress and it was the best mattress for my husband and I. I went to a couple of mattress stores to tryout the mattresses when I stumbled across the Gold Chill and I loved it! Don't let the PLUSH in the name fool you. I felt like it was It was perfect, it fit my body like a glove! The coils help with the firmness. I have had back issues for a while. Upper back, lower back, and shoulder (sleeping on my sides) pains. The coil zoned mattress with duraflex edge is great! Love the design and feel of this mattress. I'm 5'5 about 145 pounds and my husband is 5'9 about 175. I also have to mention the awesome Customer Service I received from Stephanie S...she really is a sleep expert! She beat the mattress store price by a few hundred dollars. She was very patient, answered all of my questions. She not only gave me a great deal on the mattress, but I also purchased a Malouf mattress protector and pillow. Love Malouf products at such a reasonable price.

Only took 1 week from placing order to delivery and saved $700 on price vs mattress stores.

Efficient, helpful, priced well below retail. Essentially, a return would be about half the cost of the mattress. So, buyer beware.
