The sound quality is good with clear audio and decent bass. They’re comfortable and easy to use. However, they don’t automatically disconnect from my phone when I’m not using them, which can be inconvenient. Overall, they’re okay, but there’s room for improvement.

Good but not the best

I dont like that it’s not noise cancelling, and despite being lightweight the case is really slippery and hard to handle for some reason.

Brilliant earbuds great sound and so easy to put back into the case highly recommend and would love if they had the Bose sound these are very easy friendly ear buds to use

Sound is ok, but would have liked a deeper base sound. Even with equaliser amendments cannot improve! Overall good value for money however!

The product looks amazing, but it is not thriving in its functions. The active noise cancellation is not really doing its job. At least definitely not on the same level as the previous model. Voice isolation kind of doesn't exist, whenever I walk in town or hop on public transport all the noise from other people talking is going through the call and many times much louder than my voice. This is super annoying so I am not able to use this headphone is calls at all, unless I'm completely alone. To say something good, battery life is great. Waste of money I'd say even if I made my purchase during a sale. Pretty disappointed especially after I had the older version of the same headphones which are hundred times better than the new one also when it comes to sound.
