The Push 540 Open are the most comfortable wireless earbuds that I have used up to this point. The earbuds fit in my ear opening snug by and stays put when I am sweating while being extremely active. The detachable neck band is amazing as well as the magnetic force is very strong and assuring. The audio is full of flavor for an open style design. I do not feel like I am missing much in comparison to in-ear style design earbuds. Due to not including a charging cable. I am giving this product review 4 out of 5 stars. Albeit I would say the detachable neck band makes up for the lack of an included charging cable as I assume mostly everyone has spare type USB-C charging cables readily available. It is very frustrating to have a question and not be able to get through to a human to answer it. It makes for a very frustrating customer experience. I ordered these and for some reason they were returned to sender (tracking verifies they were returned. ) After checking my address info was correct, I reordered them. Again, they were returned to sender. From what the AI info could provide, I gathered that I needed to issue a return request. I did so. It has been a month and I still haven't seen either order refunded or any info to update me. If there is a human actually working there, could they please reach out?

The sound quality is amazing, but they keep slipping off my head/ears while working out a the gym. I am a full grown adult with an average head size. I had a pair of Venue headphones previously which were AMAZING in every way. Sadly that model isn't made anymore and Hesh model seemed like the closest to it. The Hesh are good as long as I don't lay down or bend over with them on. Not ideal for gym goers, but great sound quality.

BIG fan of SkullCandy, Good product, Doesn't fall off your ear. Also doesn't hurt when you put it in your ears. Too bad for the price, but understandable; good products come at high prices.
