As per my review on the headphones. You never sent me what I ordered. I could only speak with a chatbot who told me I had to initiate a returns process to return the wrong headphones you incorrectly sent me. Wait up to 10 business days for a refund and then start all over again by submitting another new order for the headphones I originally ordered. Chatbot said it would put me in touch with customer services, but I am still waiting to hear from someone two weeks later. Poor customer experience and I will not be buying anything from you again.

Pretty solid speaker and honestly whoever is behind this re-imaging of Skullcandy's products is making moves. It maybe isn't a fair comparison but I bought this speaker to compare to my JBL Go 5 and it out performs by a long shot. So glad Skullcandy made it a magnetic mount too. Never have been displeased with the JBL brand speaker but I have been waiting forever for Skullcandy to come out with something competitive in style and sound and Session does that. The Terrain was fine but not enough for me to think of it over JBL. I'm the type that doesn't like to mismatch brands but always have with my mobile sound because I didn't think Skullcandy had a full competitive offering. The Session speaker just completed it for me. I will be buying the 540 and 900 as long as they keep it around in place of JBL going forward.

They're so good. At first, I didn't think the bass dial was needed until I listened to songs with bass, and then I was like, “Wait, it's needed. . . ” Cuz musicians don't just add bass into the song for you to hear it; they add it so you can FEEL it. Feel the music. Plus the noise cancellation is soooo good for loud events. I never understood how much sound they could cancel out around me until I took them off and realized just how much noise was cancelled out; it's crazy good. Also, turning the volume all the way up + the bass also gives me my free lobotomy too. Shock therapy even.

Had them about 2 months, already dead and showing no life at all, charged them with different cables, tried a factory reset as stated on skullcandy website and nothing, the LED isn't lighting up, it's not turning on they're just stone dead, bit of a joke for £150

Perfect site

I upgraded to the 540 after the original 360 case I had came open while walking, resulting in a broken earbud. Though only small changes, the 540 case is a huge upgrade and I'm very happy with it. It's slightly smaller and the case closes very firmly and stays closed. Theses little items make all the difference between bulky and unreliable and slim feeling and secure.
