Worst company I've ever dealt with. I accidentally ordered these headphones and within 5 minutes I was talking with customer service to cancel the order. I was told that orders cant be cancelled or modified and the return shipping would be at my own cost and would also need to be shipped to a different address than the shipping. After receiving the headphones, I go on their website, punch in my order number etc. So that I can have the info needed to return the package and I keep getting an error message. So I reach out to customer service again and ask them for the info required. Everything I email customer service I get a new agent who has no idea what was previously stated in our email chain and I have to explain, all over again. Which took days!! I finally sent the headphones back and got notice that they were delivered roughly two weeks ago and havent recieved an email stating that the company recieved them or recieved my money back. So Im emailing AGAIN and going through the same issues as I had the first time with this companies customer service!!!. . . . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE BRUTAL!!!!!

The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars, is because, it is had to speak to someone directly. When I purchased my headphones on the 31st and I needed to speak to someone directly, or email someone, when Fed Ex lost my package. It was really hard to get that sorted out with a human. I eventually did get someone through chat, but not before getting super frustrated with the AI bot telling me they were really sorry to hear, etc. etc. But eventually I got my headphones, and I love them.

Just the usual crusher bass but the forest green colorway is awesome.

Overall the ANC 2’s are really good, the only problem was the shipping, i was told that it’s gonna arrive in a week while it took 3 extra weeks and a whole month, at some point i thought i got scammed.

It is amazing, it fits all descriptions of what I’ve heard online. The bass is the best (literally shaking my head), the battery life is amazing (lasts forever and only needs charging for like an hour), and they are comfortable on my head. I would recommend the Crusher Evos to any bass lover, or battery life enthusiasts. In addition, I got them on a discount for 100 bucks! Best decision EVER, thank you for letting me experience them!
