Product appearing undamaged when opened but was broken. ANC didn't work and sound quality was bad. Struggled to pair with it and had to factory reset the pairing list. Had to pay to send back

the session 360 is amazing. its loud and packs a punch for its size and the magnetic capabilities makes it convenient. the only thing id like to improve is the battery. i find it doesnt last as long.

Like i got the wrong product and instead of emailing me or anything like that, i have herd nothing from the company so right now i have been scammed out of 105 pounds and im not happy about it

I absolutely love these headphones. I got them during a killer sale and got them for over half off. The only problem I face is that pairing can sometimes be a nuisance. But overall, I think they're great! (Did I mention the bass?)

They are to big too heavy, bass isn't as good as expected. Application is disconnecting from devices after minimising, and ANC is disconnecting or voice awareness put some noise throu.
