Bed is great but the headrest is broken and cracked, Can you send us a replacement part for this?

Reached out to Customer Service regarding my bed motor not work. I wasn’t in my treatment room to access my bed but Janet was able to give me clear instruction’s on what to do to test if it’s the motor or the control box. I’ve only had to contact customer service may be a handful of times over the past seven 7 years of ordering from spa and equipment equipment and every single time I’ve always had the nicest representative that is always willing to help

Despite really demanding problems with shipping that were entirely out of his control, he went above and beyond to find the solutions that literally no one else could provide. Obsessed with my SkinApp bed. It’s so luxe and comfortable — clients get in and immediately relax (they literally go quiet 😭). The cushion is top-tier quality, like a Tempur-Pedic but more plush. And the white glove delivery is a MUST. They did everything in minutes, were so kind, explained how to use the bed, and called 30 minutes before arrival like promised.
