The bed had scratches all over the base when i unpacked it. And so disappointed in the height. You can adjust the height but its not high enough so it does not help my back. Needs to be higher. Would not buy again.

Instructions are not detailed and the suction part is not as effective, at least not with the small tip, it also makes a very loud noise.
