Terrible shipping. No communication on when accurate shipping date will be. Promised 3 different delivery dates- forced me to cancel Patients which is loss of revenue for me.

Quick shipping, my bed arrived on time and in perfect condition

Overall, it’s an excellent machine — I really like it. It feels very professional and works well. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was the galvanic function with the two metal handles. No matter how I tried to adjust it, it didn’t seem to activate, and my clients didn’t feel anything. Possibly the power is too low. Aside from that, I’m very satisfied with the device.

Great customer service

Love this mask! It has given my family and I amazing results. We all share the mask in the family. I use it for acne and anti-aging purposes, my brother uses it for acne concerns, my mom uses it for aging and inflammation, and my dad uses it to repair sun damage. We can not recommend this mask enough. Only suggestion is make sure you use the charger it comes with, do not use your laptop charger or other chargers it will make the battery glitch out!
