Everything was great, although it did take a little bit of time to have my question answered regarding the item. I ended up just purchasing anyway without the answer, but did respond after a week or two.

Exactly what I was looking for. Quality is excellent. The leather is butter soft to the touch. Love all the different capabilities of the chair. I do wish it swiveled, but that’s a minor fault in my mind. I use this chair for dry pedicures and it’s perfect.

An unforgettably terrible experience. 5 weeks for a bed to be delivered when my coworker had hers in 3 days. Any time I called to talk to the sales rep, he'd push me under the rug with information I wanted to hear, "Your bed will be there tomorrow or the next day" with no confirmation & obviously, no delivery. I blocked time off from my day, had help on stand by all for literally nothing to happen. If I talked to another rep, they were more helpful, but still, limited information. I tried to be very understanding, I know things happen out of our control, however, this took it to the next level for any customer, understanding or not. Human to human, Id hope that after someone spends a solid chunk of money, you'd be diligent for them to receive their product. I felt very insignificant to this company- that fine, we all are at the end of the day. But "customer service" is about making us believe we matter as a consumer. . . . so that we connect & want to continue spending money with the company. I was very disappointed & the lack of communication & concern for me as a business, could have been detrimental. I only hope that no other consumer has to be treated this way & deal with over a month of hassle.
