It was a nightmare trying to get someone at customer service. Ordered 3 chairs, was told they would be brought into our location. When you talk to delivery drivers, they said they bring them on pallets and wont touch them unless you purchase white glove service. Called me prior to first delivery attempt and asked if they should bring in smaller truck to get into the parking lot. We said yes. Took off work, waited all day no delivery because they werent in right truck. 2nd delivery attempt, I told them I wouldnt be there that day and to make sure to deliver on another date we set up, they called me trying to deliver on day i wasnt avail. 3rd attempt, I took off work and they called and said they had the wrong truck again. 4th time, finally got someone at customer service, we set up for delivery between 7-8am, got up early and they never showed up until 11am. I willl NEVER use this company again!

Disappointed in the handling of my service question and quality of the product. I am a solo esthetician and have clients booked tight this month. I have been purchasing products and equipment with your company since 2015. I am having issues with my 11-1 steamer which I purchased as a replacement for the same one I bought in 2020. My purchase wad in December 2025. I use this equipment everyday for my business. Your response is to Have a video conferencing call to address my steamer ‘s issue. I was given 2 options for the video conference call both impacts my schedules appointments with clients. The tech is available during my busiest time but I need an answer why this new product is working correctly.
