I purchased a dryer and had to return it because it would not heat up and the company quickly replaced this product. When I received the 2nd dryer it did not heat up but they quickly called the technician who walked me through trouble shooting the problem. I am very pleased with this product!

The device was purchased through Spa and Equipment, but the return process was handled by Skin Act. Upon returning it, I was informed there would be a 15% restocking fee, and that the unit needed to be shipped back directly to Skin Act—not Spa and Equipment—at our expense. This resulted in an unexpected loss of over +$100 for a product that did not match its advertised appearance or user experience. Between the misleading presentation and the return complications, this was a very disappointing experience. I will definitely reconsider working with either company in the future.
