They immediately sent me a video that walked me through the setup, and it was incredibly helpful and made the entire process so much easier. I really appreciated being able to get assistance so quickly instead of having to figure everything out on my own. I bought 3 chairs from Skin Act for my Spa. I had a small problem with one of my chairs switch. Customer service was absolutely second to none! They were quick to solve my problem, and they even followed up to make sure everything was still working well. I had a small problem with a second chair and the customer service again was absolutely incredible. Can’t say enough about this customer care team and the company.
