I am satisfied with the quality of the media center (except for the back panel, which had a defective finish). The unit was easy enough to assemble and seems to be made from solid materials. However, after having to repeatedly deal with SimpliHome's subpar customer service--due to trying to get a replacement back panel which ended up turning into a partial refund instead because of delays--I cannot bring myself to give a higher rating. It took weeks of back-and-forth, calls and emails, with customer service to sort through this issue. It was deeply dissatisfying and if you choose to buy a SimpliHome product, I would recommend buying it through another retailer--one with more reliable, higher quality customer service.

Everything is satisfactory, delivery was on time and well communicated & the assembly was very easy. It's only been a few weeks and I see a couple of very small "tears" (some separation of the blue color from the base fabric which is white) along the seams. However this may be explained by the fact that I bought this for clients to use in my massage office and so I need to vigorously wipe it after spraying with a sanitizing fluid, certainly more than average friction of regular use. I am quite happy with it overall.

Would be 5 stars if they shipping process wasn’t a mess—Damage to product, no tracking at all, shipping company I wasn’t aware I’d have to make arrangements for Pros: the dresser is BEAUTIFUL and it’s exactly what I wanted. Drawers are deep, tracks slide nice and smooth, finishes are nice, size is good. The jewelry draw already comes lined and separated which was a nice surprise! Overall Good quality & would order from simple-home again.

We bought two pieces and they are awesome. Assembly was easy. My daughter (8) and I put the one together very quickly.

I ordered shelves over Memorial Day weekend, and the ordering process was simple and accurate. I say this because I also tried to order a coffee table from another website/company and that turned out to be a nightmare. Anyway, one of the shelves was not damaged, but more of a production flaw. It looks like water marks, but the wood must have had a defect. the company is sending a replacement. They were very easy to deal with, super nice and flexible. It was very refreshing!

I was looking for an office desk at Amazon but they were out of stock so I ordered directly from the manufacturer, Simplihome. I received the desk on time and the craftsmanship was superb, however, there were issues with the product incurred during shipping that were resolved efficiently. it took something like 37 days to get a table and chairs and they didn't even have enough chairs for the set so had to order the remaining 2 from an obscure website. Those 2 chairs came 2 weeks before my order from Simpli Home. Customer service just kept telling me there was an issue from where they were coming from and never gave me a straight answer.

I use this cabinet for my crafting supplies, my daughter’s slime, and other things that didn’t have a place to go.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture for a great price. Perfect size for practical, useful storage and not too difficult to assemble. My best purchase ever.
