Recieved a ottoman that was damaged and tried and tried to get it replaced but customer service here is non existent this company lies about the quality and the customer service DO NOT BUY from this place

After 6 emails I am still trying to return two items, one of which was never opened. Customer Service takes several days to respond if they do at all. Hopefully persistence pays off but had I known how difficult it was to return an item (and how much of my time it is taking) I never would have purchased from this site.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I purchased a storage cabinet. I was given the run around about when it would be shipped/delivered. UPS returned it to sender and the company had no idea this was happening or why this was happening. They actually told me they’d look into it and call me back in one hour (that was over one week ago and I haven’t received a call or email). I was hung up on twice by customer service. I have an email thread going back and forth with a customer service rep who believes my package was delivered except it was delivered in a completely different state. I’ve requested a refund, with no response from the company. I’ve requested they ship a new piece, without a response from the company. I’ve filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, PayPal, and my credit card company. This company is a scam and their practices are fraudulent. Never ever ever buy product from this company unless you want an absolute headache.

Terrible Customer Experience – Still No Refund After 2 Months! I ordered a product from Simpli Home and returned it through FedEx after refusing delivery. FedEx confirmed that the return was delivered to their New York office on April 9, 2025 (Tracking #935472110-6). Despite this, Simpli Home falsely claims they never received the item and refuses to refund my $855. I have contacted them multiple times and provided all the evidence. It has been over 2 months with no resolution. This has caused me severe financial and emotional distress. I am now forced to pursue legal action. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful if you decide to order anything – their customer service is completely unresponsive once there is a problem.

The piece seems like it would be nice, if it wasn't broken. It arrived with 4 broken pieces, and after going through all the steps of taking photos and what not, it's been almost a month of "please give us 24 hours" with no result. Now, they won't return my call. They just send an email saying the same nothing they've been saying all along. I will never buy any of their products again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not even from another site with decent customer service.

We got the wrong color furniture. The color on the website was a farmhouse brown color. The color that came in was orange with some brown streaks. It looked like a tiger. I have tried calling and emailing and I have gotten nowhere. I can’t even find a way to return it. What a scam and an absolute terrible company.

Customer service is pathetic! You are stuck with damaged parts because most products are discontinued, which is why when you attempt to report any damages, you are asked, which part do you need? I find that Strange! I have been waiting for a response for either a return ticket or some money back for scratches so deep that repairs are out of the question, and unrepairable. However, I must say there’s a reason they package their product so pristine…. so they can blame you! I am reaching out to the consumer affairs department. I’ve been waiting for some resolve for too long now. Congratulations to those who did have a good experience!

Love this media tv stand. Just as expected. Great value for the money. Sturdy and solid piece of furniture. Loved the color and it was just as expected.

They sent a bookcase with multiple broken pieces. After numerous calls and emails to India, they said they won’t replace the pieces and stopped answering me. Buy same items on Wayfair or Amazon they can pressure them into better service.

After much much reading reviews everywhere online, i decided to take my chances, what's the worst that can happend? I decided to get this coffee table, and believe me, I am impressed. It's exactly what i needed in size and color. I have recliners, so a small table was what i been looking for. I just need to find the ideal center items to decorate it with. My cat loves to bite plants, including the artificial ones.

I am very pleased with the quality of this buffet cabinet It was easy to put together and the pieces were clearly labeled It looks a lot more expensive that it actually was at only $500. Great choice

Never buy from this company. Once they have your money the rest is history. Very dissatisfied with product. Description said solid wood. When I received it, doors were plastic coated and were rippled. Looks like they melted in transit. Returned doors and got 2 replacement doors. Exactly the same. Contacted customer service, they said nothing they can do and are sorry I am not satisfied. They ignored the rest of my emails. This cabinet was not cheap, $375.00. Will never buy anything from them again.

I received four different discount codes to get me into the site. However, it would only allow me to use one. As it turned out that the military discount was the best. Would have been nice to stack the discounts. They offered them, I should be able to use them.

Save your sanity and buy these products off of Amazon. They’re great quality but I’d never buy through the website again due to their horrendous customer service. I bought a coffee table and end table. I was sent a coffee table and a bench. When reaching out to customer service, they informed me that 1) I cannot have the item I paid for until I return the incorrect item that they sent—glad I didn’t open it by mistake or I would have had to eat the $350 cost 2) they told me as soon as fedex had the incorrect package they’d send mine (a lie, they didn’t send it until I reached out after not hearing anything for a week) 3) they wouldn’t respond to me for days and 4) it took WEEKS to receive my correct item.

Bought a TV stand and tried to post a two star review with examples of issues such as inconsistent wood color, deep/easily gouged wood when received, missing trim pieces when received. Instead of trying to fix the issue with me, my review was just blocked from being posted. Such a sketchy thing to do and is why mostly only 5 star reviews are on the site, because that is all they will allow. Of you look on Amazon, the product have a much lower score that reflects the actual quality.

Never order from this company unless you want to give your money away. I have ordered 2 products, 2 weeks ago and all they did was create a Fed EX Label. Every time I call they tell me they will give me a status in 24 hours and never do.
