I have been going back and forth with customer service for over a week now in regards to a damaged product I received. I want to return it for a full refund and all they want to offer me is a $60 credit and to keep the item. I just keep getting the run around from them. Do not order from this company!!!

I ordered coffee table and end table from this company and customer service was very lousy. Also their return policy is lousy. I will never again in my life order from Simpli Home. I asked if I can speak to their supervisor and customer service refuse to let me speak to supervisor. It was hard to understand since they locate in India. I have nothing against India people but refusing customer to speak to supervisor was wrong. Return policy is bad compare to Amazon and Wayfair. They are ripping off customers by charging restocking fees.

This company does a good job of putting these kits together. Clear, easy to understand diagrams. A great system for sorting out parts. Screws line up nicely with the holes. Nice quality. Had an issue with a part and customer service was super helpful. I’ve put together a lot of furniture. This is up there in the quality of experience. Thanks.

I received my order very fast and the ladder shelves are beautiful and very sturdy, it took me about 40 minutes each to put them together and the quality is top notch!

We purchased a tv media cabinet. Simpli Home had the best price by far. The item arrived with excellent packaging and is very good quality!

For the price, I think the cabinet is good. I was disappointed in the shelves that go in the cabinet. The selves have inferior quality wood. Had they shown I would have asked for replacement.

Shipping process was a mess, they delivered a damage table twice and they lost the chairs. After several delivery intents, Simpli Home never gave me and explanation of what happened with the chairs. Customer Service did not help, they took a long time to give me reasonable updates, solve the issue with the carrier or deliver a new set when they had availability. After a month and a half of not been able to resolve and getting really tired and upset, they gave me a refund and ask me to wait a couple of months until they get the new shipment from the vendor. I ended up buying a new dinning set somewhere else since I don’t want to deal with them ever again.

I love your product but your search engine sucks. The exact word(s) yields no results but a partial word yields results. Another frustration is Out of Stock of a wish to have item ... Otherwise, love the quality and styles of your products!
