My order arrived 4 months late. And only because I noticed the charge on my credit card statement and contacted them. They said they were sorry and sent the package "free of charge". I asked if that meant they will reimburse the payment I made 4 months ago, the answer was that wasn't what they meant. Furthermore the price of the order was significantly less at the time they actually sent is compared to what I paid 4 months ago. I used simplehuman products for a very long time. This is not what I expected from them. This is not simple.

The design of the product is okay but cost is 10 times that of product with same pupeose

I recently ordered pump soap dispensers (3) and a 5L step can for our home. Simple Human seems to have figured out their distribution problems, and the items are of great quality and delivered very quickly (note: Dragonfly - the carrier in Canada - delivered my first package to the wrong street; fortunately, kind strangers took the trouble to walk it over to us; otherwise, it could have been lost forever. The drivers need to pay more attention - Shakespeare Street is not Victor Street!)

I love the dual sided Simple Human garbage and recycling can. We use one side for garbage and the other for compost. The foot pedal to open the lid is great in the kitchen as it makes it so easy to compost food scraps.
