Been over a month and yet to receive my missing order items. Horrible experience

The new 16 pro and pro max phones dont go in unless you remove the case. You would ideally like the santize with the case as well as it gets dirty. Expected better for such an expensive product.

The minimalistic design is awesome, as well as the practicality of this product. I particularly love the hidden compartment to store the bags. Well though, well built. Great job guys, really!

Excellent customer service

After a purchase at Canadian Tire, I was missing the bags that were to come with my bins, I submitted a help request, and was immediately sent more than expected bags. This was a seamless and efficient process, thank you for everything!

This was a replacement under warranty for the 9 fl. oz sensor pump. I had bought 2 originally but one stopped holding a charge after a few months. After contacting customer service, I was offered a full replacement item free of charge without even having to send back the defective item first. New pump is working flawlessly.

Where is the foaming soap

I have tried other automatic foam soap dispensers. They work well for a few days I have used the liquid soap dispenser from Simplehuman for over 3 years without any issues. So far the automatic foam dispenser is living up to performance expectations. Given a lack of counter space and need for style, the dispenser meets our needs Very happy with my purchase !

I bought this garbage bin expecting a simple, functional product, but it didn’t work properly right out of the box! Wouldn’t open! When I contacted the company, they asked me to go through a warranty claim process—which felt like way too much trouble for a basic item like a trash can. I just wanted something that worked, not a customer service headache. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just be sure you’re gonna keep the product if you order from Canada; the return web engine does not work and so you have to go through customer service… Very 90s. . .

I have been used this style trash can over 24 years. Since the last one broke last month (yes, I used the same trash can for 24 years!!) I decide to buy the same style, likely I still found one in stock. I hope that this one last for another 24 years!!! I could say that Simple Human is the "Ferrari" of the trash can!!
