My order at Simplehuman has met my expectancies. . .

I purchased a double garbage/recycling kitchen floor mode from Costco in Ontario Canada. It had a courtesy 10 pack of bags designed by Simplehuman to fit the bucket and there is a holder for the pack built-in which I love. Well, the 8th bag has a tab on it to warn me I'm running low on bags and also had a code to give me 20% off Simplehhuman replacements. This code did not work on the website. I called your helpline and was welcomed by a wonderful human service representative who spoke clear english and immediately understood the code was meant for an American website. This person was able to give me a code right away for Canadian website. I was able to order a large box of bags and I look forward to purchasing more of your amazing products thank you so much from Canada. . . . .

Could not or would not meet Costco pricing. So I returned my orders…Costco was limited selection but still $80 cheaper!

Service was excellent and responsive to my needs. The guarantee on the Simple Human garbage and recycling can was respected and since our current one is broken we were quickly sent a new one at no charge.

The tablets were easy the sensor sprayer needed to be purchased thru 3rd party web site as not available in Canada

I love the caddy for its size, details, adjustments, and quality. But I was shocked at the size box it came in, almost 4x’s the size of this product, as big as a small dishwasher! Please let’s try to save the planet.

Best line of household products that’s sturdy and last long.

The products themselves are very nice and I am happy with them. However, the fulfillment process could be much better. I ordered 2 products - one small and one large. The smaller product would have fit inside the larger box easily. Instead I got a seriously huge box that still would have fit 3 of the large items, and a zillion plastic air packs. A poor choice (policy?) made in the shipping department - I am not an environmental puritan, but this was a bad choice in this regard. Please do better.

I received my order of L bags today (Jan 6) . That was 18 days to deliver to my mail box - I did pay shipping costs. Make sure to order well in advance of when you’ll need your product. Possibly it took longer than usual because of Christmas?
