The hinge stopped working on my garbage can. I called customer support and they tried to walk me through troubleshooting the issue. When that failed they shipped me a new garbage can no questions asked. Customer Service was great to deal with.

Order from the web is pretty easy. The only small issue is I have to order at least $100 to get free shipping. Sometimes I have to order Simplehuman prod under $100 through Amazon so I could get free shipping. Honestly, I don't want to go through Amazon if I don't have to

I purchased a double garbage/recycling kitchen floor mode from Costco in Ontario Canada. It had a courtesy 10 pack of bags designed by Simplehuman to fit the bucket and there is a holder for the pack built-in which I love. Well, the 8th bag has a tab on it to warn me I'm running low on bags and also had a code to give me 20% off Simplehhuman replacements. This code did not work on the website. I called your helpline and was welcomed by a wonderful human service representative who spoke clear english and immediately understood the code was meant for an American website. This person was able to give me a code right away for Canadian website. I was able to order a large box of bags and I look forward to purchasing more of your amazing products thank you so much from Canada. . . . .
