Just completed a major kitchen renovation. To the chagrin of everyone I elected not to install a dishwasher. Living in a small household, eating out regularly, batch cooking then reheating, a dishwasher did not suit our lifestyle. Opting for a beautiful double sink with this small footprint dish rack works very well. I would’ve liked if they included a slot for a few knives with the accompanying cutlery holder as there is room for that. Purchasing a separate knife block holder at almost $100C is maddening as this it is almost the same cost of the dish rack.

Ease of ordering and quick delivery.

I have been attempting to do a return and have had little to no assistance and it is being blamed on technical issues. I need return labels generated. I also need a product replaced. I am extremely dissatisfied as I like the Simple Human products and have been using them for many years with no issues. What has changed?

The size of the actual mirror is too small. Even another 2 to 3 inches would make such a difference.

now that i know you are a usa based company I will only buy item manufactured in canada.

The hinge stopped working on my garbage can. I called customer support and they tried to walk me through troubleshooting the issue. When that failed they shipped me a new garbage can no questions asked. Customer Service was great to deal with.

Order from the web is pretty easy. The only small issue is I have to order at least $100 to get free shipping. Sometimes I have to order Simplehuman prod under $100 through Amazon so I could get free shipping. Honestly, I don't want to go through Amazon if I don't have to

Excellent customer service to quickly replace a broken hinge with a new bin that was still within warranty. Shipping was faster than expected. We love this garbage bin, it’s the perfect size for our small home.
