That’s absolutely not the case with Simba Sleep. When I experienced a problem with my mattress, I contacted Simba and completed a few straightforward questions and provided photos as requested. The process was simple and hassle-free. To my surprise and delight, they arranged for a brand-new mattress to be sent out and collected the old one — all within just a few days! We genuinely love our Simba mattress and were disappointed when it developed an issue, but the way it was handled completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried Dusk and Emma mattresses over the last 6 months, whilst managing pregnancy and a newborn baby. Finally, I can sleep… well, as well as you can sleep with a newborn. The mattress actually fits the bedframe, and the mattress expanded fully.
