Having a Simba mattress and wanting to move to a divan bed I immediately knew I needed the Simba bedframe to ensure my mattress was properly supported. The bedframe itself is absolutely beautiful and comes in a range of colours. Delivery was 2 weeks to NI which is very prompt and delivery drivers kept in touch with times on the day which was really helpful as we were moving house. Thankfully we have never had any issues so no need to contact the support team.

Overall, thoroughly recommend Simba as a first stop for finding that perfect night's sleep.

The delivery, which was supposed to be next day, took nearly a week in the end, through DPD, initially as I had to change the day to ensure I would be at home, and then 'a problem in my area' . In the end it was delivered while I was out, which I had no problem with.
