The team contacted me in about a week and scheduled delivery thart Friday, they turned up took my bed out and installed the new one, they were great and quick and very polite, the bed is great and my sleep is much better since I got my new mattress.

Whole process from purchase to 2-3 weeks sleeping on Topper has been excellent!

simba was a brilliant company deal with, my purchase was straight forward, the finance option was quick and easy and my mattress arrived next day and although I went for the all day delivery option I was messaged and called with a delivery window and the delivery driver also called me with a 45 minute notice. The delivery drivers were extremely friendly and professional and carried my mattress and accessories into my house. Can’t recommend this company enough.
