Great customer service

I’ve found with Simba that, alongside the excellent quality of their products, the shopping experience is smooth and easy and the delivery is usually very quick. No complaints here!

Very well.

Really great prompt delivery and service. !

I haven't ever had this quality of sleep, it's truly amazing. Feels way better than a hotel bed. This level of luxury is unmatched!

Recommended for a good night sleep!!

Great service & great bed!

Absolutely Perfect

Fabulous service

Good service, great product

Everything was and is fantastic, the mattress is amazing the delivery was spot on and I’d recommend this to anyone, especially if you’ve got a sore back because mines went away after one week of sleeping on this!

The whole idea of a pillow whose density you can adjust feels almost obvious once you get used to it - but I could certainly never go back to a regular pillow now. My needs have changed over time (I get neck problems from time to time) and being able to adjust the amount of filling is an absolute godsend. The fact that you can replace the filling also makes this more environmentally friendly, as the pillow case itself can last a lifetime. My wife now has the same one and I recommend it all the time.

Amazing mattress - perfect firmness and easy delivery

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordering, delivery and quality of product.
