I love my new mattress - exactly the right firmness for me and v comfortable. The service I received from Simba after mistakenly ordering the wrong size was also excellent - despite it being entirely my fault, they replaced free of charge.

Mattress was delivered via AO. AO hadn’t left enough space on the van to pick up our old mattress, but Simba were very quick to sort and it was collected the next day without issue.
