The Houzz experience was exactly as anticipated.

Shipping was a problem. Had to call customer service as it was a 7 day wait for the product to get to UPS then suddenly after calling ShopHouzz it was shipped right away. I placed another order a few minutes after this order and received it way before.

Just what I wanted

Prompt attention to my initial contact about my order being sent. Condition of packaging after I received it indicates it was damaged prior to shipping as it was taped over tears and creases. Most likely contributed to the poor shape it arrived in after being handled by UPS. Contents were not affected, all accounted for and in sufficient packaging. Have contacted Customer Support again regarding color not being as depicted, have included pictures in my review. Request in under review and I expect to be able to replace this order with different items without penalty of shipping return costs. Overall, not really happy with Houzz, have gotten better service and product genuineness from other sites.
