Customer service rep wasn’t as helpful as I had hoped. I have these massive boxes in my driveway waiting to be returned, but I haven’t received word back from house yet. Need to return them because they were missing parts and incomplete. I sent photos and an email to customer service but no word yet on the return too bad and very disappointing.
