The product is truly great but the shipping experience needs work. I stressed about getting the item on time. I actually ordered 2 different sizes. When the order arrived, the larger vanity was missing and I had to call everyone I could and finally straightened it out with the freight company. That was not fun.

I’m so frustrated! I have had a terrible time trying to get this missing Chrystal.

The product arrived in a timely manner. I do believe had it been padded a little better it would have protected it from the blemishes it incurred likely in the transport process. All in all, for the price, the function is great, and will serve well for what it is intended, while looking nice.
