The shipment consisted of 2 boxes which held up during shipping & protected the contents perfectly.

Besides the shipping problems we had, delayed shipping and not white glove delivery even though we paid for that, Houzz did a good job taking care of this problem. The customer service was very good, Helena who helped us did an amazing job.

Begged shipping /delivery guy to take it from the road which was about 7 car lengths away, by dolly up a hill to my house as he would not pull into my driveway. I am a older lady with no one to help me get it up to my house so I am glad he helped. Not sure why he would not drive up my driveway. I did appreciate him helping me. The bath vaniry and sink top is amazing.

Received a dresser that was horribly damaged. They sent a replacement… it was even more damaged than the first. Now I’m stuck with two very large, very heavy dressers that I have to figure out how to ship back.

Customer service was great. They provided me with detailed shipping/tracking info so I could plan install in advance.
