Have used Still Novel in the past for other project and had nothing but a great product in return. This time around there was mishandling of my Memorial portrait which left the print bent. I was very dissapointed and chatted with a Still Novel Rep named Sheena. She was very empathetic and without hesitation ordered an new print for me with express shipping. I’ve gifted Still Novel several times to different families. I love them so much and the families always love them. I recently ordered one for my sister and it was delivered extremely bent down the middle with a noticeable and unfixable crease. I emailed customer support right away with pictures and the response email was them reassuring me they were sending a replacement immediately. Phenomenal customer service!

This is my second steel novel gift – the newlyweds love it! From a givers standpoint I wish there were more opportunities for custom personalization, it was very restricted. Should have the option to not use a section or to customize the track we not just choose from 3 choices. Would’ve liked several font choices etc. I did not feel this way with the newborn one we really loved that for my third grandson but for this wedding one it felt constrained.
