There was an error with my final product (probably fully my fault), and customer service was so kind and helpful with getting it corrected. I will for sure be ordering from them again!

I have bought a birth stat print for both of my kids and I’m obsessed! They are the perfect way to show off your favorite baby photo and remember important info. Love them both!

The print / photos are great. However the quality of the frame overall (back side of the photo, thickness of the frame, etc) is much lower than the one I received last year, and that is disappointing

The photo printing itself id WONDERFUL, however I wish the packaging and shipping was better. There wasnt very much to protect the photos amd even though on the package it states "do not bend" it still got bent in shipping and its noticeable in the pictures themselves. (Even in the frames)

Print turned out beautiful, but got bent quite a bit in delivery process. For what you pay for this, would have expected more protective packaging.
