Photo was amazing, but shipping provider did not care for package. Came with creases in the middle and a pretty folded corner. Out of the three times we’ve ordered a birth stat photo this was the most disappointing shipping experience.

Hello! These are really nice and good quality. One of the four arrived with a black ink smug on it ( the Red Poppy) What can I use to safely remove this? I tried a soft cloth with just water and that did not do anything. Please let me know what to try. It is very obvious Thank you Carla Carroll 603-566-8024
