I gave the birth stat prints to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas of their 2 children. The final product is absolutely amazing! Building the project was a breeze on the website. There was an ever-so-tiny flaw on one of the prints during production, so I contacted customer service; they responded quickly offering a couple of recommendations for resolution. Could not be happier with this company. I have no hesitation in ordering more items and am definitely recommending them to all of my grandmother friends. They are beautiful and will be cherished always.

Excellent shipping and receiving experience

I was very excited for this order and spent a lot of money on it but when it arrived, it was damaged. There were noticeable creases right in the middle and some smaller ones all over the rest of the print, plus some water damage it looks like in the lower right corner. Very disappointed with the final product, I have emailed still novel and no response for 3 days now. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this business. And they ALWAYS deliver. And always I’m impressed with their products. I recently bought a memorial frame for my daughter in law, as she lost her mother this year. And when she opened it, she was almost speechless. The quality is amazing, the printing to ship time is short. And delivery and packaging is always spot on.

So cute and special! Only thing I would’ve loved more is that you can pick each topic on the poster, rather than include zodiac or not. . I would’ve loved a combo!

I ordered my print almost 3 weeks ago and I still have yet to receive it. It says my expected delivery date was over a week ago. I can’t give positive feedback to a product that was never received.

The picture itself is beautiful. I love how it turned out (especially considering it was just an iPhone photo). Sadly, when I was unwrapping it, the paper on the back of the frame tore. I don't know if that was user error or not but it is a bummer!

A really cool personal touch for your home. Bought this to add some life to me and my girlfriends first home and it is stunning. Really catches the eye and just a fun way to celebrate your relationship. Also would make a great gift depending on how well you know the couple.
