I was really excited about this, but when I received the item the frame was chipped, and cracked in 2 places. Disappointing since I paid so much for this. I sent an email and requested a replacement be sent, but I have yet to hear back.

i love the product but it ships flat instead of rolled and mine arrived bent in two corners.

There was an error with my final product (probably fully my fault), and customer service was so kind and helpful with getting it corrected. I will for sure be ordering from them again!
