Easy to use site & fast delivery

What can I say? Ordering was easy, information good, turned up on time, well packaged. What more could I want?

I really wasn't bothered about writing a review but I've had so many spam emails asking me to write a review I am now! Shop didn't work and despite using different computers on different browsers the select card payment wouldn't appear. I phoned ResMed and they fixed it by the following day. Could do without all the spam emails thank you

I paid almost £40 for a small length of elastic, a strap for my AirSense 10 nasal pillows. The price was completely uinjustifiable, by any stretch of the imagination. I suspect the cost out-the-door would be a matter of pennies. I'm all for companies making a profit, but this borders on the criminal.

Packaging excessive for such a small part

It is great shopping with Resmed. Orders are always quickly delivered, and always a correct order/delivery. Very punctual and well wrapped. Great products, too.

Timely delivery

Not at all very satisfactory outcome. I ordered a new AirFit N20 mask as an alternative to my current Mirage FX that gives me cheek ' tramlines' to wake up to. What i did not realise was that the AirTouch has a noisy vent incorporated into the supply hose. In addition, with a large head, I ordered a large size but the measuring gauge included in the package suggests that I should use a medium (or even a small) AirTouch! So not at all very successful!
