Excellent service and products for niv machine and masks

I can’t get any mask to stop leaking. I’ve tried F20-F20 airtouch-F40 I end up with a very sore nose and little sleep. Sorry to complain but you need to know the truth, and I need good therapy and better sleep.

I bought 5 x Resmed CPAP Mask Wipes (62) (61918) they are great for a quick clean but you must wash your Mask properly at least once a week

The shop is fine, mostly efficient. And the machines work well. I have several concerns though: * There are so many options and different attachments fit different machines. In fact you can get adapters so the masks from any supplier can be made to fit the ResMed machines (I have both a bed-side and travel CPAP). * These products and attachments are so expensive! I've started using AliExpress for replacements--far cheaper and reasonable quality. * The standard warranty is for three months. I had a hose break at a stress point after intermittent use for about six months. No movement on the warranty, so basically nearly £200 lost. For products this expensive I'd expect ResMed to stand behind their quality.
