Why oh why do send deliveries via Royal Mail. They are totally incompetent don’t knock at your door when you are in waiting for them. When you re-schedule they turn up on the wrong day and the App to reschedule or even communicate wi the them is a waste of time. Please find another way of delivering products as if you use Royal Mail I will not be buying anything from Resmed again!!!

Product recieved, as required. Confusing choices on webisite re. Supplier. Ordering simple, delivery OK but £3. 00 is excessive as is price of filter: £2. 00 each is too much!. I hope that you do do not charge this price e to the NHS, Iorder from you to assist the NHS budget. My ResMed CPAP AurSense 10 is an impressive device. w hi h I greatly appreciate. Order came very quickly

Set up and working but not yet used. Could not buy 22mm hose with adaptor to connect to air mini unit.

Contacted Resmed for advice returning items. Absolutely no empathy whatsoever, very robotic responses and no flexibility regarding returning items. I bought 3 Air cushion memory foam masks which came in 1 box. . All 3 were individual in the box. I was advised as bought as a pack of 3 i could not return items. After this experience i will be very reluctant to purchase anything from Resmed. My opinion as a " valuable customer" won't matter in the big corporate world of Resmed. Shame on you for this level of service.

have got the wrong device

One week after buying resmed airmini they reduced price by 150 pounds. Could have given heads up i think.

I had a question about my purchase and was attended to promptly both telephonically and online by very friendly staff.

I ordered an AirTouch N20 to replace my old Airfit P10 having discovered that the P10 wasn’t providing a good seal. The N20 was a big improvement but gave me a sore on the bridge of my nose. Realising I could replace the standard pad with the N20 cushion for a softer fit, I ordered a small size using the sizing guide but when I tried it for size, it constricted my breathing so returned it. Even though I hadn’t actually used it and I returned it exactly as received, ResMed refused to refund it, even though I bought a replacement in a larger size. Their refund policy effectively stops you getting any refunds so buyers should beware that if a face mask doesn’t fit, they will be left out of pocket….
