Having to pay for an item that you know had a manufacturing fault seems very unfair. Even a discounted price would have been something to have given you a higher star rating.

Much quicker than expected

Ordered a bundle, and unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong cushions, but of course didn't know that until I opened the 1st packet. When I contacted customer services I was told they wouldn't take the 2 unopened cushions back as I had to return the whole bundle' but as I'd opened one they wouldn't accept that one, so I'm stuck with mask cushions that are no good to me. To make it worse, the condescending person I spoke to had the nerve to tell me to just 'sell them on Ebay'. It just shows, it's all about the profit, not the customer. I won't be using them again
