No

I ordered a new headgear which was delivered promptly, website is very easy to use.

Все пришло вовремя и в целостность. Спасибо большое.

The shop is fine, mostly efficient. And the machines work well. I have several concerns though: * There are so many options and different attachments fit different machines. In fact you can get adapters so the masks from any supplier can be made to fit the ResMed machines (I have both a bed-side and travel CPAP). * These products and attachments are so expensive! I've started using AliExpress for replacements--far cheaper and reasonable quality. * The standard warranty is for three months. I had a hose break at a stress point after intermittent use for about six months. No movement on the warranty, so basically nearly £200 lost. For products this expensive I'd expect ResMed to stand behind their quality.

Great service and excellent selection of products, but can get cheaper deals on line, but fast delivery good job

Great Company Quick Service Also a very informative site on its products!

The new Resmed AirTouchTM N30i mask is so comfortable and stays in place all through the night. Well done to the designer

Why oh why do send deliveries via Royal Mail. They are totally incompetent don’t knock at your door when you are in waiting for them. When you re-schedule they turn up on the wrong day and the App to reschedule or even communicate wi the them is a waste of time. Please find another way of delivering products as if you use Royal Mail I will not be buying anything from Resmed again!!!
