unhappy at being sold a product which I can't use

Good to be able to aquire the ASV machine and two types of mask - cradle and nose, where where I can swap when my skin gets inflamed. J would have liked more support at the beginning when the CPAP machine was not appropriate for me.

Did not properly explain that the product will have a lot of air leakage
