Shipping and packing excellent, Resmed AirSence 11 AutoSet performs very well starts up automatically when you put the mask on and start breathing but doesn’t shut off on its own when I take the mask off, which the AirSence 10 I have dose. Not sure if it is in the settings or if there is a problem? Maybe someone could email me!!

Specifically, I am attempting to access detailed therapy data (EDF files written to the SD card), which are required for third-party clinical analysis software such as OSCAR or SleepHQ. These tools are widely used by clinicians and patients to review pressure behaviour, flow limitations, event timing, leaks, and therapy effectiveness in more depth than MyAir allows. To be clear, this is what I have done: Used a compatible SDHC card (FAT32 formatted, write-protect tab unlocked) Inserted the SD card before powering on the AirSense 11 Slept multiple full nights with the SD card inserted Confirmed the machine recognises the card and creates identification files Verified the contents of the SD card on a PC using a card reader While identification and settings files are created, no session data (EDF files) are written to the SD card, and the DATALOG folder remains empty despite multiple nights of use. This prevents any independent review of my therapy data outside of MyAir. I’m aware that MyAir data cannot be exported to, or substituted for, SD-level clinical data, which is why I’m trying to resolve this. I’m happy to bring the machine and SD card into a store if needed, but before doing so I wanted to clearly explain: why the SD card data is required, and that this is not a question of whether data exists in MyAir, but that it is not being written to the SD card at all. Please let me know the best next step to diagnose whether this is a firmware issue, configuration issue, or a potential fault with the device’s SD write function.
