Hiccup with cleaning wipes, container leaked and because of this internal packaging was damaged and was held up for an extended time as had to be checked and reviewed by NZ Post. Fortunately got it in time for Xmas.

I’m new to CPAP therapy, so I’m renting a machine to see how it goes. The staff have been very helpful and kind, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. After just my first night, my sleep score was already about 40% better than it’s been in a very long time, which feels very promising so far.
