Abi in the Dunedin store was great. I’m a Resmed user visiting from Hong Kong and I dropped in to buy a new mask. But she checked, cleaned and reset my machine and explained a few things. It is working better now. Good customer service!

We called into the new Hamilton branch to enquire about the travel machine. The store assistant did not speak particularly clear English and I could not understand her. That she had her head buried in her lap top did not help. She did not have any knowledge of the product and had issues working out which masks that you could use with it. When we commented no water tank she said it had a dehumidifier but didn't explain how it worked. More interested in trying to sell one on terms - mentioned more than once and we mentioned that we would pay cash. Could not work out the price and asked someone else who had apparently recently sold one. We left very unsatisfied with what little service was offered.
