Good response to order and to phone call re error messages

While the results where good and the people very helpful, the user experience getting the app setup and using it was pretty bad. Right from the NightOwl packaging pointing to a webpage (edensleep. co. nz/onesleeptest) that doesn't help get you started, to the app having errors when starting and when recording results which when I tried to fix meant the second night it wouldn't record at all. I'm a software developer and I struggled so I don't know how others get on. I offered the lady at EdenSleep that I don't mind providing more info to get this sorted.

I had to call to set up my phone appointment as they wanted to send the report to my doctor but I didn’t even know what the results meant. Also they recommended the mouth device but no way of testing it other then paying for the poor sleep test app again!
