There was a long-ish-ish delay between placing the order and delivery, but this minor disappointment was no reflection on the quality of the product.

Resmed was great got the order out fast and was with us like the next day so thanks for the great service.

Most night went well. However on occasions, I have experienced dry mouth so I tried turning humidity setting to manual @4 Also once when I was awake I felt as if the pump is making me breathe faster that I would like.

We were desperately searching for a ResMed AirMini which was insanely cheap during their promo period. Had a flight to catch the next day but it was out of stock from all the pharmacies we called. Tulip from ResMed Parnell went out of the way to help us locate an available unit from the other branch and have gotten her colleague to transport it to Parnell on the same day which saves our day!
