You need to advice people immediately after the test, that it will take 10 days for results. I complained to my Doctor and then I got some communication from your office. I had asked twice before I saw Doctor, but no reply.

I already wrote a report: My original tube was a heated one like this one. It stopped heating my air :( Then I ordered this one, I have the same problem. That being so, I conclude that the machine is the problem. So I have wasted my money.

The product could use some alteration.
