So far ok. I havent sent results yet as I want to use it a couple more times before I do.

They are always so helpful. Love that I can trial the masks to find the best for me

Excellent service

Wonderful to deal with so very helpful

Excellent customer service, very obliging, helpful and knowledgeable

Fast delivery.

Thanks for providing all the options.

Abi in the Dunedin store was great. I’m a Resmed user visiting from Hong Kong and I dropped in to buy a new mask. But she checked, cleaned and reset my machine and explained a few things. It is working better now. Good customer service!

Great service as always Many thanks

People helping are excellent, but I wish we could be interviewed in a private room, as conversations regarding fittings etc are held in the reception area, where the telephone is being answered and other people are waiting.

Great

Average review. It does what it says it's for.

Fits well but leaves a fairly sore red mark in the bridge of my nose.

Great service, super-fast delivery

Rrr

How about reducing the price on these products, plus free shipping.

very helpful and great service!

We called into the new Hamilton branch to enquire about the travel machine. The store assistant did not speak particularly clear English and I could not understand her. That she had her head buried in her lap top did not help. She did not have any knowledge of the product and had issues working out which masks that you could use with it. When we commented no water tank she said it had a dehumidifier but didn't explain how it worked. More interested in trying to sell one on terms - mentioned more than once and we mentioned that we would pay cash. Could not work out the price and asked someone else who had apparently recently sold one. We left very unsatisfied with what little service was offered.

Good service prompt delivery

Great small device Easy to reapply if applied too tightly. Good email response when I couldnt get it to work on the 3rd night
